The push-pull ventilation worktable has the advantages of good isolation characteristics,convenient operation,and energy saving,and is widely used in pollution operations.The worktable uses an air curtain formed by the blowing and suction flow to isolate pollutants from clean air to guard the air quality of the working environment.Nonetheless,owing to the lack of precise design methods for the push-pull ventilation system,it is generally difficult for the designed push-pull ventilation devices to achieve the excellent pollutant control effect.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the isolation characteristics of the push-pull ventilation worktable,and starts optimization work.This study is greatly significant to guard the air quality of the working environment and protect the health of operators.The primary research contents are as follows:Research on the isolation characteristics of the push-pull ventilation worktable.Firstly,the air velocity field in the empty state is analysed,and the air curtain shape of the existing push-pull ventilation worktable is studied.Secondly,the diffusion characteristics of formaldehyde and smoke are obtained from multi-component and particle analysis,revealing the isolation characteristics under static conditions.Finally,the characteristics of multi-component disturbances induced by arm movements are studied,and the isolation characteristics under dynamic interference are discussed.Optimization design of the push-pull ventilation worktable.The optimization design of the inlet characteristics and the internal structure of the pipeline are carried out to improve the uniformity of the blowing and suction of the air supply and exhaust pipelines.Based on the optimization design results of the blowing nozzle structure,ensure that the push-pull ventilation worktable forms a good air curtain shape.The isolation characteristics of the air curtain at different blowing and suction wind speeds are analysed,and the critical blowing and suction wind speed with good isolation effect is explored.Research on isolation characteristics under dynamic interference.The forward and backward following characteristics of the airflow under the stretching of the arms are analysed,and the overflow characteristics of the multi-component airflow are studied.Explore the longitudinal expansion of the air curtain caused by the horizontal movement of the arm,and clarify the restrictive effect of the air curtain on the multi-component airflow.Analyse the upward and downward following characteristics of the airflow under the vertical movement of the arm,and explore the distribution characteristics of the multi-component airflow.The effect of movement direction and movement speed on the isolation characteristics of push-pull ventilation worktable is studied systematically.In this paper,aiming at the problem existing in the isolation characteristics of the existing push-pull ventilation worktable,the structural optimization design of the worktable is carried out,the shape of the air curtain is improved,and the isolation characteristics are improved.On this basis,intensive research is conducted on the isolation characteristics under dynamic interference.The research results can provide a reference for the optimization design of the push-pull ventilation worktable under actual working conditions.
