| With the infiltration of China’s energy consumption revolution and the betterment of the requirements for energy protection and discharge decrease,the management methods of heating systems are also facing challenges from labor-intensive and empirical regulation to digital and intelligent development.Firstly,based on the structure and mathematical model theory of digital twins,this paper establishes a twin operation model for the pipe network of a heating enterprise.The twin model includes the heat source,heat exchanger,controller and sensor in the primary and secondary pipe networks.The data in the model comes from the sensor parameters of the actual sampled primary network and the sensor parameters of the secondary network.Then,on the digital twin platform designed,a variety of intelligent optimization algorithms are introduced to optimize the control parameters of the twin model respectively,and the experimental results are evaluated to attain the control of the water temperature and flow rate of the secondary pipe network under the optimal control conditions,so as to attain the purpose of energy protection and discharge decrease through the online collaboration between the physical system and the twin model.Finally,based on the experimental results of the intelligent algorithm,the optimization algorithm is improved to further improve the heating efficiency of the heating network.The research on the application of the optimization algorithm in the digital twin model carried out in this paper can guide the actual heating physical system to continuously self correct the operating data by tracking the working state of the heating network equipment online and carrying out optimal control calculation,so it has the characteristics of digitalization,adaptation and self optimization.Combined with the visual operation control board,it can directly reflect the control state and performance of the heating network model.The optimization simulation experiment shows that the three mainstream optimization algorithms,particle swarm optimization,genetic algorithm and marine predator optimization,have achieved good results in the optimal control of heating model,especially the control error of marine predator algorithm,the time to reach the target value,and the fitness value parameters have relatively better performance.In the process of improving the optimization of the marine predator algorithm,the control effect is better.The excellent experimental effect of the algorithm on the platform display the workability of the application of intelligent optimization algorithm and digital twin technology in the heat network model. |
