| Slope hazards are particularly evident in the northern regions of China,particularly frostbite damage to channels,and the problems associated with slope hazards become more serious as latitudes rise.Frost damage in channels can seriously affect the efficiency and quality of water delivery,and is a phenomenon that has not been effectively addressed in most channels in seasonal permafrost zones.Based on extensive reading and study of the relevant literature,this paper provides a scientific basis for the problem of slope hazards and protective measures in northern water transmission channels by studying the mechanism of slope hazards,finite element theory and the simulation of protective measures based on the South-North Water Transfer Central Line Project.(1)Detailed analysis and study of the frost swelling mechanism of the channel base soil,the influencing factors,the frost swelling damage mechanism of concrete lined channels,the damage characteristics of trapezoidal channels and frost swelling protection measures.(2)According to the theory of finite element,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to study and analyse the temperature field and concrete lining displacement and stress field of the channel in the JIA County section of the South-North Water Diversion Project to obtain the general rules of the three fields,and to simulate the application of XPS insulation panels,replacement soil and new material protection measures for the channel and compare the simulation results of the channel without protection measures to obtain the protection effect of various protection measures.(3)For the channel application of XPS insulation board frost swelling protection measures can be found,this protection measures compared to no protection measures can be reduced 26%frost depth,reduce the concrete liner plate 69% frost swelling displacement and 64% stress size.This means that the application of XPS insulation panels on the liner plate frost displacement and stress size reduction is better.(4)For the channel application of the replacement fill layer frost heave protection measures can be found,this protection measures on the temperature field impact is small,reduce the concrete liner plate 78% of the maximum displacement,reduce the concrete liner plate 20%stress maximum.This indicates that the application of frost heave protection measures for the replacement fill layer has a good effect on the reduction of frost heave displacement.(5)For the channel application of polypropylene fibre concrete frost heave protection measures can be found,this protection measures on the displacement field reduction effect is small,but because the concrete mixed with fibres to enhance the lining toughness,compression and shear resistance and other mechanical properties,from the liner plate material protection point of view to enhance the strength of the lining itself and can reduce the concrete liner plate24% of the maximum stress.(6)For the channel application of HD-3 efficient protective agent protection measures and research,by repeating the test several times to obtain the production of material HD-3 each component of the dosage ratio: 107 rubber 50g;1.25 g KH550;25g Si28;5g methyl silicone oil;100g silica powder;50g pigment;10g promoter of which the catalyst content of 0.3%.The properties of the material in this ratio were tested: viscosity of 8600 centipoise,heat resistance,frost resistance,ageing resistance,acid resistance,alkali resistance,shear strength of 0.72 MPa for bonding with concrete slabs,water shear strength of 0.20 MPa for bonding with concrete slabs,tensile strength of 1.00 MPa,elongation at break of 98% and bond strength of 1.10 MPa.Numerical analysis shows that HD-3 can significantly reduce the temperature variation and negative temperature depth at the junction of water surface line,air and liner slab,reducing the maximum liner displacement by 38%,the maximum stress value by 33% and the maximum liner stress value at the water surface line by 64% compared to unprotected measures.HD-3can penetrate into the concrete to enhance the performance of the concrete,is highly bonded to the concrete,is less prone to sliding and has high stability.High durability,good impermeability,long service life,etc.,all in all excellent performance in comparison. |
