| With the continuous promotion of the modernization process,the construction requires of modern buildings are enhanced gradually,and there are a growing number of architectural designs with huge scale,complex structures and comprehensive functions are emerging,and the requirements for building foundations are getting higher and higher.Therefore,foundation pit engineering The requirements for construction scale,excavation depth,and support form are constantly increasing.The complex environment,many influencing factors of deformation and the long service life of foundation project lead to the problems of high risk of construction,safety accidents and difficulties of remedial measures for foundation deformation,so it is especially important to study the whole processes from the designing and constructing to the following maintenance of the pit engineering.To this end,this paper takes the soft soil deep foundation pit in the first phase of the Foshan City Life Business Center project as the research background,and studies the deformation characteristics and construction process optimization of this soft soil deep foundation pit excavation process and subsequent use phase through design research,site monitoring and numerical simulation.The major study work and findings include:(1)The deformation law and mechanism of deep foundation pits in soft soil areas are analyzed.The mechanical properties of soft soil are the main factors causing the deformation of deep foundation pits in soft soil areas.At the same time,foundation pit support structures,precipitation measures,reinforcement measures and construction procedures.It is also a factor that causes the deformation of the foundation pit.(2)The support structure and monitoring plan of the deep pit with soft soil were designed in accordance with the engineering reality,and full process field monitoring of the pit site was carried out.The security of the foundation pit designed was confirmed by the Lizheng calculation software;through the monitoring and analysis of the whole process,it was concluded that the various deformations of the foundation pit continued to deform after the excavation was completed,especially the deformation of the support structure increased sharply.After 200 days after the digging is completed,the overall situation tends to be stable..(3)Abaqus finite element system was used to conduct a numerical simulation of the whole process of deep pit construction,and the data obtained from the pit deformation was compared with the site measurement data to verify the validity of the simulation,and the simulation-based model was used to study the impact of deformation of soft soil deep pit under the different number of excavation layers and the case of different block excavation,and the simulation results show that increasing the number of excavation layers is conducive to reducing the deformation in the excavation stage of the pit;the effect of controlling deformation is especially remarkable when the zone block excavation can play the role of the remaining soil support to balance the stress port.Figure:[58] Table:[9] Reference :[90]... |
