| With the economic developing rapidly,the living standard of our people has been greatly improved,the requirement of diet is no longer simple,but more attention to whether the diet is fresh and healthy,fresh agricultural products are in line with the change trend.However,the circulation loss is serious on account of the perishability of fresh agricultural products.And the fresh cold chain logistics industry in our country has not been large-scale and professional yet,which leads to high logistics cost.This paper takes cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products as the research object and explores the cold chain logistics joint distribution of fresh agricultural products in Changzhou in order to achieve the optimal path.Firstly,by sorting out the domestic and international research about fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics,joint distribution and vehicle routing problem helps define the concepts of fresh agricultural products,joint distribution and cold chain logistics,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of Changzhou cold chain logistics route optimization.Secondly,based on analyzing the status quo of cold chain logistics in Changzhou,some problems are found out in the development of cold chain logistics industry,such as chain breaking phenomenon,heavy traffic,slow growth of logistics enterprises and lack of sound cold chain logistics system.The following is an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem.Thirdly,on basis of theoretical research and the current situation,the two cold warehouses with the minimum distance between each demand point and the alternative cold storage are selected as distribution centers,and the customer demand orders are distributed to the two distribution centers respectively according to the principle of proximity.Then the paper comprehensively takes into consideration of the fixed cost of vehicles,the cost of goods damage,the cost of punishment,the cost of energy consumption,the cost of carbon emissions and other factors.The optimization model of cold chain logistics joint distribution path of fresh agricultural products with the target of minimum total cost is built next and calculated by genetic algorithm.Finally,the empirical analysis is carried out according to the physical location and vehicle distance between fresh agricultural products distribution center and fresh supermarket in Changzhou by means of MATLAB software to find the optimal solution.In view of the issues and challenges existing in the cold chain industry in Changzhou,combined with the analysis of the model calculation results,the paper puts forward some specific optimization suggestions,which are mainly about strengthening the construction of cold chain logistics system,improving the technology levels and enhancing the management of refrigerated trucks.To some extent,these suggestions could effectively reduce the operating costs as well as improve the distribution efficiency.Additionally,it also can help to reduce the damage degree of fresh agricultural products during transportation.It is expected that this study will have certain reference significance for the development of cold chain logistics in Changzhou. |
