In total knee replacement surgery,it is required not only to cut the target bone tissue accurately,but also to reduce the mechanical damage to the target bone tissue and other surrounding tissues.This can ensure the accuracy of the joint butt joint.Due to excessive mechanical force,microcracks are generated on the bone surface during cutting,resulting in high stress on the joint mating interface.Reasonable surface microstructure can play a good role in reducing friction,and can change the tool surface wettability and improve the tool surface antifriction performance.The application of micro texture tools can reduce the milling force in the bone milling process,thereby reducing the micro damage on the bone surface.It is of great significance to ensure the operation safety and reduce the recovery time of patients.In this paper,the micro pit texture is processed on the front face of the milling cutter by using a laser marking machine.The influence of micro texture parameters on the friction reduction performance and bone damage of cutting tools was studied through finite element simulation test,wettability test and milling test.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the milling mechanism and using the micro element method,the mathematical relationship between the milling force and the micro texture parameters of the cortical bone with the micro texture cutter was established.This provides a theoretical basis for subsequent bone milling experiments to study the size of cortical bone milling force.(2)The finite element simulation model of cortical bone milling with micro texture milling cutter is established,and the correctness of the simulation model is verified.Fixed processing parameters and tool parameters,designed single factor test.The influence of micro texture parameters on the milling force of cortical bone was investigated by changing the micro texture parameters.(3)Using laser marking device,the designed micro texture is processed on the surface of cemented carbide,and the relationship between laser processing depth and laser processing parameters is obtained.The contact angle values of different micro texture surfaces were measured by angle contact instrument,and the influence of micro texture parameters on tool surface wettability was obtained.(4)A bone milling test platform was built to carry out cortical bone milling test in a dry environment and with cutting fluid added,to explore the influence of micro texture parameters on bone milling force and wettability.(5)Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the surface morphology of the milled bone,and the effects of different parameters of micro texture bone milling cutter on the surface cracks of bone were studied.Two dimensional digital image method was used to observe the different strain conditions of milled cortical bone surface under the same load,and to study the influence of micro texture parameters on bone surface micro damage.
