| In the context of the rapid development of economic globalization,the market environment is complex and changeable.Many group enterprises and multinational corporations are expanding all over the world,and their subsidiaries are all over the world.Whether these subsidiaries can operate effectively and bring benefits to enterprises has become a key concern of enterprises.For large enterprises,with the continuous expansion of scale,complex organizational structure,non-standard business processes,slow operation efficiency and other problems need to be solved urgently.However,traditional financial management mode cannot effectively solve these problems,and the management cost is high,unable to ensure the information symmetry between the parent company and subsidiaries,so that the efficiency of working capital management is low.Therefore,major enterprises begin to build financial sharing mode to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.As a leading enterprise in the household appliance industry,M Company has developed a relatively mature financial sharing mode.Combined with the current market environment and industry background,this paper studies the performance evaluation system of M Company’s working capital management under the financial sharing mode,and gradually carries out the research work by adopting methods such as theoretical introduction,case study and data analysis.The first part is the introduction.The second part is an overview of related concepts and theories.The third part is the introduction of the case company,summarizes the motivation and content of M company to implement the financial sharing mode,and makes a brief analysis of the scale and structure of M company’s working capital under this mode.The fourth part analyzes the working capital management of M Company under the financial sharing mode from the aspects of elements and channels,explores the mechanism of the financial sharing mode on the working capital of various elements and channels,and summarizes the working capital management at these two levels.The fifth part is to use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to specifically evaluate the working capital management performance of M company under the financial sharing mode,select the indicators related to liquidity,profitability,risk and coordination to analyze the performance level of working capital management,and summarize the problems existing in the working capital management of M company.The sixth part is based on the analysis and evaluation of the first two parts,to M company’s working capital management problems put forward corresponding optimization suggestions.The seventh part is the summary of the full text of the study and the prospect of the future financial sharing application.This study finds that financial sharing can improve the working capital management performance of enterprises to a large extent,improve the working capital management efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises by helping enterprises reshape business processes,reasonably integrate and allocate internal and external resources,and accelerate capital flow.The study of this paper enriches the relevant literature on the impact of financial sharing mode on working capital management performance to a certain extent,and provides a certain reference value for other enterprises that have or will establish financial sharing mode. |
