In recent years, with the increasing attention paid by consumers to the quality of consumer goods, especially fresh food, cold chain logistics has gradually integrated into people’s daily lives.Cold chain logistics provides a safe refrigeration environment for fresh food, thereby ensuring the quality and freshness of cold chain food, and also meeting consumers’ requirements for food quality.Faced with such a huge market demand, the cold chain logistics industry in China, which is still in its infancy, has also exposed problems such as low on-time transportation rates, high product decay rates, and serious environmental pollution. The high cost of product decay has compressed the profit space of cold chain logistics enterprises, becoming a key issue restricting the development of the cold chain logistics industry; The high energy consumption throughout transportation has brought about a large amount of environmental pollution, prompting relevant government agencies to strengthen their supervision of corporate carbon emissions; The lack of scientific delivery plans has led to the inability to deliver goods in a timely manner, resulting in a large number of customer losses for the enterprise.Based on the above reasons, this article not only reduces logistics costs, but also reduces pollution in the logistics environment, ensures the quality of cold chain food, and scientifically and reasonably plans logistics routes to achieve the goal of green,low-carbon,and efficient logistics.Firstly, this article studies the route optimization problem of cold chain logistics, with the distribution route optimization problem of cold chain logistics as the research object, and carries out the research of this topic. We have reviewed the current research status and relevant theories both domestically and internationally, including the concepts and characteristics of cold chain logistics, distribution vehicle path planning problems, and related concepts and characteristics of genetic algorithms, providing certain theoretical support for the writing of the entire paper.Secondly,an optimization model consisting of six costs was constructed to minimize the total cost.We regard the time of delivery of goods by customers as the cost of time window punishment, the amount of fuel and carbon emissions of refrigeration equipment as the cost of carbon emissions, including Fixed cost, transportation costs, refrigeration costs and cargo damage costs, and incorporate these indicators into the overall objective function. On this basis, establish a cold chain logistics vehicle path planning model that includes time windows and carbon emissions. Finally, strategies such as roulette wheel and greedy local search are introduced into genetic algorithms to solve the problems existing in existing genetic algorithms. And apply the established mathematical model and algorithm to the cold chain delivery example of Company A,optimize it using MATLAB,and optimize it using an improved genetic algorithm to achieve the optimization of the optimal delivery path of Company A,and verify it.After comparative analysis,it is concluded that the total cost of distribution has been reduced, the total mileage of distribution routes has also been reduced, and carbon emissions have also been significantly reduced, taking into account carbon emissions. This confirms the feasibility of the model and algorithm designed in this paper and the practicality of the research.
