With the development of China’s energy strategy and the pressure of energy transition,the development of green energy will be the key strategic goal of the major automobile enterprises.Although electric vehicles do not emit pollution,they are difficult to become the first choice for ultimate green travel considering the problems such as short driving range,long charging time,difficult battery recovery and difficult starting at low temperature.However,different from new-energy electric vehicles,hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have many advantages such as almost zero emissions and high energy conversion rate.Meanwhile,it can realize energy complementarity by using the "separation" of upstream power generation and terminal power consumption in time.Therefore,the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle has great strategic significance of energy.At present,hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are generally developed by using fuel vehicles or electric vehicles as prototypes to replace power systems.Based on the actual research and development projects of enterprises,this paper develops a fuel cell passenger vehicle with a new forward development design idea.The main research contents include:(1)On the basis of analyzing the structure and principle of fuel cell vehicles,which are different from traditional passenger fuel vehicles and have two completely different driving types,it is considered that the two have significant differences in principle structure and system components.Among them,the unique layout of the hydrogen cylinder system directly leads to the structural elevation of the vehicle floor,the higher sitting posture of the human body,and the change in the overall center of mass of the vehicle,while meeting the passability of the entire vehicle,At the same time,fuel cell vehicles have added many key component arrangements compared to traditional fuel vehicles,which indirectly affect the weight distribution of the entire vehicle,thereby affecting its performance.Therefore,this article will first comprehensively elaborate on the technical characteristics of fuel cell vehicles from two main aspects: the setting of the vehicle size and the layout of the vehicle power system.Combined with RAMSIS software for human-machine comparison verification,the optimal human-machine sitting experience will be determined.Through comparison of various layout schemes,the overall optimal layout scheme will be ultimately determined.(2)The key systems of fuel cell vehicles were calculated the axle load distribution of the entire vehicle based on the unique layout.Combining the calculation results and relevant target parameters,the power parameter matching calculation will be carried out through theoretical formulas.Then,key system components such as power motors,power batteries,fuel cells,etc.will be calculated and selected to meet the performance goals of the entire vehicle.(3)In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical formula calculation results,this article establishes a vehicle model and various component models based on simulation software such as CRUISE and MATLAB/SIMULINK.By determining the task conditions,establishing target tasks,and conducting dynamic and economic simulation experiments in accordance with the process management strategy formulated by the enterprise.(4)Finally,the vehicle’s power performance will further verified through the rationality actual road conditions and energy consumption tests.The results show that all aspects of performance meet the set performance indicators,indicating that the selection of power system parameters and control strategies meets the requirements of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
