| Cold patch has the advantages of "on-demand",all-weather,energy saving and environmental protection,but there are problems such as low early strength and long forming time.The paper uses dilution followed by a modification to prepare cold patching solutions with different SBS doping levels to evaluate their physical properties,rheological properties,thermal stability and chemical compatibility;to study the short-term and long-term aging performance;and to design the cold patching ratio,determine the best conditioning process and investigate the road performance of cold patching materials.The thesis uses 70# base asphalt,diluent(organic solvent)and linear SBS as raw materials to prepare asphalt cold patching solution.The optimal ratio of diluent is determined as solvent A: solvent B: solvent C = 0.65: 0.25: 0.1 based on the volatility of the asphalt cold patching solution;and the preparation process of asphalt cold patching solution is determined by adhesion,bonding and storage stability after dilution.The results show that with the increase of SBS,the viscosity of asphalt cold patching solution increases,the needle penetration decreases,the ductility and construction and ease of change is not obvious,when mixed with 3% SBS,the physical properties of asphalt cold patching solution and construction and ease of use can meet the requirements;with the help of dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the Fourier infrared spectroscopy(TG),the results show that the physical properties of asphalt cold patching solution can meet the requirements,The physical properties of the asphalt cold patch were found to be simple with the help of Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR),Thermogravimetric Analyser(TG)and Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),and the incorporation of SBS could effectively improve the high-temperature performance of the asphalt cold patch.RTFOT and PAV were used to simulate the short-term and long-term aging of asphalt,and the effects of thermal-oxidative aging and SBS admixture on the rheological properties of asphalt binders were investigated by temperature scan,frequency scan and stress creep recovery tests.It was found that SBS can effectively improve the proportion of elastic components in asphalt binder,reduce the temperature sensitivity of asphalt binder and improve the resistance to rutting deformation.Using asphalt cold patching solution as binder,two grades of AC-13 and LB-13 were selected to prepare cold patch asphalt mixture,and the best amount of asphalt cold patching solution was determined by empirical formula method and paper tracing method;the best forming and curing process of cold patching material was determined by Marshall test,and finally LB-13 grade was selected,and the secondary forming process was adopted,and the curing condition was 60℃ and 46h;meanwhile,the performance of cold patch asphalt mixture with different SBS doping was analyzed.The results show that the early strength,molding strength,high temperature stability and water stability of cold patching material are significantly improved with the increase of SBS dosing,and when the SBS dosing is 5%,the early strength of cold patching material is 4.46 k N,molding strength is 9.56 k N,dynamic stability is 2250 times/mm,residual stability is 87.6%,which has high early strength and At the same time,it has good resistance to deformation under high temperature and water damage. |
