With the continuous improvement of China’s technological information level,more and more countries and regions are gradually promoting digital and intelligent transformation.Digital information technology,represented by cloud computing technology,big data analysis,and the Internet of Things,is quietly changing people’s production and lifestyle.The automobile manufacturing industry plays a significant role in driving the entire economic chain of China.However,the problems of low independent innovation ability and difficulty in enhancing the competitive advantage of independent brands in traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises are becoming increasingly prominent.The key to effectively improving product quality,optimizing production management efficiency,and reshaping brand competitiveness lies in promoting digital transformation.Changan Automobile is one of the four major groups of automobile manufacturing enterprises,actively promoting the transformation and development of the enterprise when facing industry difficulties.With the implementation of the strategic goal of Digital transformation,Changan Automobile has continuously increased its investment in research and development of digital technology platform,actively explored the effective path of Digital transformation,and the transformation results are obvious to all.By exploring the Digital transformation path of Changan Automobile,we analyze its strengths and weaknesses in the transformation process,hoping to provide some ideas for other enterprises that want to transform and develop,or provide some ideas for other enterprises that want to transform and encounter difficulties.First,this thesis refers to and analyzes the literature on Digital transformation and enterprise performance evaluation at home and abroad,summarizes and comments on them,and determines the research direction of this thesis based on the analysis of previous scholars’ views.The theoretical basis takes the power change theory and process reengineering theory as a reference,the development of the automobile manufacturing industry as the research background,describes the development status of the case enterprise Changan Automobile,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the implementation of Digital transformation of Changan Automobile and describes the transformation path.Based on the balanced scorecard theory and the development strategy of Changan Automobile,a performance evaluation system suitable for the actual use of Changan Automobile was constructed.The enterprise performance of Changan Automobile was evaluated from four dimensions,namely learning and growth,business processes,customers,and finance;Use the entropy method to assign weights to the selected evaluation indicators,and finally conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation.When evaluating the financial performance,the article mainly uses the time led comparative analysis method to compare the performance of Changan Automobile between the time when Digital transformation was not implemented in 2015-2017 and the time when Digital transformation was deeply carried out in 2018-2022,so as to analyze the impact of Changan Automobile on financial performance after the implementation of Digital transformation.Through research,it is found that by promoting the implementation of Digital transformation,Changan Automobile has made some achievements in achieving the strategic goal of "high-quality operation",and the comprehensive performance of the enterprise has been significantly improved.Changan Automobile is gradually enhancing its research and development capabilities,especially leading other enterprises in autonomous driving;The efficiency of enterprise production management has been significantly improved;The domestic and international market share of automobiles is gradually expanding,and the product competitiveness of domestic and joint venture brands is increasing.This civilization has confirmed that digitization has an improvement effect on the long-term performance and value of automotive manufacturing enterprises,but the improvement effect has a certain lag.The analysis results based on the balanced scorecard theory further reflect that there are some problems in the process of promoting the Digital transformation of Changan Automobile,and put forward some optimization suggestions.After studying the Digital transformation of Changan Automobile,the article puts forward several suggestions to help enterprises in the industry achieve Digital transformation.
