Landscape Planning And Design Of The East Area Of Mingzhu Lijing Community In Hohhot City

With the advent of the 21 st century,the process of social urbanization has accelerated,and the expansion of cities has led to the expropriation of land in some villages and the resettlement of villagers.In order to solve the residential problems of these villagers,resettlement communities have emerged.These residents have more special needs for the living environment,which is a higher requirement for landscape design.This article takes the eastern area of the Mingzhu Lijing Community in Hohhot as the research object.In the early stage,it has conducted an understanding of the background of the relocated residential area and the current situation of the development of health care landscape,learned theoretical knowledge such as attention recovery theory,stress relief theory,gardening therapy,landscape therapy,etc.,understood the relevant research situation at home and abroad,analyzed the problems encountered in the landscape design of the relocated residential area,and proposed design strategies for the practical application of health care related concepts,It aims to create a community environment that can bring more sense of belonging and happiness to the relocated residents.By studying the actual cases related to health care landscape and relocation residential areas,and combining the above research content,the aim is to apply health care related concepts to the design of relocation residential areas.Based on the analysis of the natural conditions,location,site status,architectural layout,and sunlight conditions of the eastern area of the Mingzhu Lijing Community,and on the premise of complying with relevant national laws and regulations and industry norms,and following the design principles of people-oriented,ecological suitability,adapting measures to local conditions,and interactive communication,the design theme of "return" has been determined.In terms of planning expression,the rule based approach is used to create a variety of landscape spaces,combining the natural approach,Create a multi-dimensional space for participatory activities in a dynamic and static manner,and through the dual guidance of healthy physique and recuperation psychology,bring the next generation of resettled residents a more comfortable life experience,promote them to adapt to the new life faster and better,improve the quality of life,and hope to provide reference for future design research.
