With the cooling of China’s real estate market since 2015,the market share and profit space of the domestic elevator industry have been shrinking,and the sales and profit are also declining rapidly.The traditional cost management of enterprise internal products is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the times and the development of the industry.Therefore,elevator manufacturing enterprises need to optimize the original product cost management mode as soon as possible and strive to improve it.Therefore,elevator manufacturing enterprises must rapidly optimize the original product cost management mode and strive to improve market competitiveness in order to achieve healthy development and sustainable survival.In this paper,the current product cost management system of Zhejiang J elevator is selected as the research object,and the cost management theory,based on the value chain theory,value chain cost management theory and existing research results at home and abroad are used to make the product cost management system of Zhejiang J elevator adapt to the current actual situation.Through literature review,comparative analysis,hierarchical analysis and other research methods,the current product cost management system of Zhejiang J elevator was optimized,effectively improving the market competitiveness of Zhejiang J elevator.Based on the external value chain and internal value chain of Zhejiang J Elevator,this paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies of the current product cost management system,puts forward targeted optimization strategies and implementation guarantees,and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies of the current product cost management system of Zhejiang J elevator.After systematic analysis of the external and internal value chains of the enterprise,based on the current situation of the enterprise,the urgent problems to be solved in its cost management system at the present stage are clarified,which mainly include unscientific management measures implemented by upstream suppliers,inaccurate cost calculation methods of downstream customers,and wrong management concepts.The current product conclusion is that the value chain cost management concept needs to be introduced to optimize the cost management,and the targeted optimization strategy and implementation guarantee are proposed to optimize the current product cost management system of Zhejiang J elevator,so as to effectively improve the market competitiveness of Zhejiang J elevator.
