The sliding universal coupling with three fork rod is often affected by alternating load in operation,which makes the main contact surface of the coupling wear seriously,and the micro-texture can effectively improve the lubrication performance.Based on this,the paper selects the micro-texture,and determines the best shape of micro-texture of the contact surface of the sliding universal coupling.Various parameters of the microtexture were optimized,the influence of the position of the micro-texture on its lubrication performance was analyzed,and the oil film stiffness of the coupling was analyzed and studied,the specific contents are as follows:Firstly,the basic concept of three-fork coupling is introduced,and the significance of its research status and the content of this paper is introduced in detail.Then,the development and application of micro-texture technology are briefly described,and the main work of this paper is summarized.Secondly,four different types of micro-textures are designed for the contact surface of the sliding universal coupling with three-fork rod.Based on the consideration of cavitation,the different texture models are simulated and analyzed by Fluent fluid dynamics analysis software.Based on the oil film bearing capacity and wall friction as the main indexes to evaluate the lubrication performance,the optimal micro-texture type is selected,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent surface texture processing of the three-fork universal coupling.Thirdly,the influence of different dimension parameters and arrangement mode on lubrication performance was investigated.The optimal arrangement mode and size parameters were determined by analyzing the influence of texture arrangement mode,texture depth,texture Angle,area ratio,ratio of long and short axis and equivalent radius on friction lubrication performance.Then,the optimum position of the texture area of the contact surface of the threefork universal coupling was determined,and the influence of various parameters on the stress and deformation of the sliding pin was analyzed through the fluid-structure coupling theory,and the sliding pin specimen was designed.The reciprocating friction and wear testing machine was used to carry out friction and wear experiments on the textured specimen and the non-textured specimen,and the relationship between the friction coefficient and time of the two specimens was analyzed.The effects of load,reciprocating frequency and grease viscosity on the friction coefficient and wear amount of the two specimens were also analyzed.Finally,based on the isotherm contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory and considering the surface roughness,the oil film stiffness calculation model of the sliding universal coupling with three-prong bar was established,and the effects of load,oil coiling speed and viscosity,wavelength and amplitude of surface roughness on the oil film stiffness were studied.
