Research On Financial Risk Identification And Control Of Gotion High-tech

Against the backdrop of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral",China is undergoing a new energy transformation revolution,and the advantages of new energy such as clean,green,and renewable are necessary factors to promote energy transformation and lowcarbon development.Taking this opportunity,the new energy vehicle industry has taken advantage of the trend and developed rapidly,driving the development of the upstream power battery industry.However,the industry is still in its early stages of development,its business model and corresponding legal policies are not yet perfect,and it is highly dependent on macroeconomic policies.With the reduction of subsidies for new energy,most power battery enterprises will face the impact of the external environment,which will have a negative impact on the financial stability of enterprises,thereby threatening their sustainable development.At the same time,issues such as rising prices of upstream raw materials,declining prices of power lithium batteries,and difficulties in collecting payments from downstream enterprises further increase the potential financial risks of power battery companies.Therefore,in new energy power battery enterprises,it is very important to pay attention to their own financial stability,enhance their ability to resist risks,and timely respond to changes in the external macro environment.This article takes Gotion High-Tech as the research object.As the earliest enterprise in China that focuses on independent research and development,production,and sales of new energy powered lithium batteries,Gotion High-Tech has witnessed various stages of China’s new energy powered lithium battery industry,representing the vast majority of similar enterprises in this field,and has great reference value.This article identifies its financial risks from the perspectives of operational ability,financing ability,investment ability,cash flow ability,and other aspects,and obtains the current basic financial situation and macro environment faced by Gotion High-Tech.Subsequently,from the perspective of data availability and processability,quantitatively evaluate the main financial indicators of Gotion High-Tech,comprehensively use the entropy method and efficiency coefficient method to determine the financial risk level of Gotion HighTech from 2017 to 2021.Secondly,based on the results obtained above,analyze the underlying causes,and finally propose targeted suggestions for the reasons analyzed above,This recommendation aims to help Gotion High-Tech control the company’s financial risks within a reasonable range,and provide a reference plan for Gotion HighTech and other enterprises in the industry.
