Since the promulgation and implementation of the Made in China 2025 plan,it marks the transformation of China’s manufacturing industry from big to strong.In the manufacturing industry,industrial robots,as a sharp tool of production,are of great significance to the development of manufacturing industry.As one of the core components of industrial robots,the development of RV Reducer technology is particularly important.Taking RV-110 e reducer as the research object,and mainly does the relevant research on three aspects of the transmission error,transmission efficiency and the service life of key parts of the reducer under different working conditions.the main work contents are as follows:In order to study the transmission performance of the RV reducer,combined with the transmission principle of the RV reducer,the dynamic model of the RV-110 E reducer is establishing in RecurDyn,and the parameters such as the speed of the planet carrier and the transmission ratio in the dynamic model are verified to be consistent with the theoretical calculation values.Carry out the simulation analysis and test of RV Reducer under no-load state,and compare the values obtained by the two methods.In order to predict the transmission error of RV Reducer in actual use.16 operating conditions of the reducer are designed and the kinetic model are simulated and analysed to obtain the transmission error values and distribution pattern under the corresponding operating conditions of the reducer,and a polynomial fitting method are used to construct a prediction model of the transmission error of the reducer under different operating conditions.According to the test principle of the transmission efficiency of RV Reducer,the method of simulating and testing the transmission efficiency of RV Reducer is studied.In order to obtain the transmission efficiency of different working conditions,combine the dynamic model of the reducer with the control model built in Simulink,then simulate the efficiency test of RV Reducer on computer,on this basis compare the results with the actual test results.Based on the rigid flexible coupling technology in RecurDyn software,the rigid flexible coupling model of the reducer is established by meshing the key parts in the reducer.After the rigid flexible coupling simulation,the contact stress of the parts is obtained.Finally,the life of the main parts of the reducer is predicted based on the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory.
