Solving urban congestion and alleviating road traffic pressure is one of the important tasks to promote urban development.Each city has its own solutions to solve the contradiction between the demand of traffic motorway and the shortage of various road resources,such as limited number travel,but it is difficult to solve complex road problems by simply adopting "sparse" and "blocking" measures.Advocating public transport and reducing the use of private cars are considered to be one of the most effective measures,but the traditional public transport service quality is relatively low,which is difficult to satisfy the more diversified and personalized travel demand of passengers.In order to adapt to the change of passenger travel demand,the customized bus with travel time and route designed according to passenger travel demand has gradually entered people’s vision and developed rapidly.The customized bus service mode of "Internet plus city bus" is aimed at utilizing the information technology,based on the passenger’s travel information,and effectively utilizing the Limited bus system resources,saving the social resources as much as possible,and at the same time,From beginning to end,meet the needs of personalized transportation services.And the theory of route design is not perfect.Therefore,based on the characteristics of customized public transportation,this paper focuses on the design of suburban customized public transportation network planning to meet the travel of residents by using the shortest required station,so as to alleviate the travel difficulty of suburban residents.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Planning of suburban regional co boarding stations based on passenger plan.According to the characteristics of suburban residents in the area,the response points of residents’ travel are obtained,the hierarchical clustering method is used to integrate and filter the data to obtain the starting point to meet people’s travel plan.Then,by using the planning of combined stations,the stations with few passenger demand points will be eliminated,and the stations close to each other will be merged to finally form the alternative stations of the line network.(2)Customized bus line network planning based on the shortest path problem of necessary stations.According to the passenger information,determine the necessary stops of customized public transport,and then use the shortest path method to obtain the alternative paths including the necessary stops.Finally,through the improved genetic algorithm,calculate the total travel time and operating cost of residents on each path,and determine the best path for vehicles.(3)Take Dalian as an example to verify the feasibility of the model.Using the characteristics of passenger flow in the suburbs of Dalian and based on the optimization model of customized bus line network in the suburbs of Dalian,the driving route of customized bus vehicles in the suburbs of Dalian is designed,and the vehicle running route meets the requirements of the lowest sum of passenger travel cost and vehicle driving cost,which verifies the feasibility of the model.The results show that through reasonable planning of suburban customized bus routes,the travel time of suburban passengers can be effectively reduced and the operation cost of bus companies can be reduced.
