With the rapid development of urbanization,the number of cars is increasing,which not only provides convenience for people’s travel,but also brings huge traffic pressure to the city.According to the traffic safety statistics around the world,while in Japan and China,almost half of the traffic accidents occur near the plane intersection.It can be seen that the safety situation of grade intersections at home and abroad is not optimistic.As an important hub in urban life,airport hub should reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents.Therefore,it is particularly important to reasonably design the signal timing scheme of intersection.Its main work is as follows:Firstly,according to the research literature,this paper summarizes the traffic flow prediction method,intersection signal timing design and optimization method,and introduces the road simulation software.Finally,it is determined that the method used in this paper is to use the throughput prediction method to predict the traffic demand according to the passenger flow in peak hours on peak days and the sharing rate of various transportation modes;The signal timing of intersection is designed and optimized by Webster,genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm;VISSIM simulation software is used for simulation verification.Secondly,based on the passenger composition of Dalian Zhoushuizi airport,the traffic demand of Dalian new airport is predicted,and the traffic distribution is carried out by using Trans CAD software.The traffic flow prediction values of Dalian new airport cross sea bridge intersection-the intersection of airport line 1 and line 2,the intersection of airport line 2 and Bohai Avenue are obtained,and the signal timing of the intersection is designed by Webster algorithm,The signal timing scheme of two intersections is obtained,and the signal period of the intersection is optimized by genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the VISSIM simulation software is used to simulate the two intersections before and after optimization,and the delay index,queue length index and travel time index are compared and analyzed.The results show that the signal timing of the intersection of airport line 1 and line 2 and the intersection of airport line 2 and Bohai Avenue is the best by using particle swarm optimization algorithm,it plays an obvious role in improving traffic efficiency.Therefore,the signal timing of the two intersections is designed using particle swarm optimization data. |
