| Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the 19 th CPC National Congress to promote rural development,in which industrial development is the "main engine" of rural revitalization and the basis for stimulating rural vitality.As a "mosaic" in rural development,specialized villages is a typical successful case of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.This paper takes Biqiao Village,Kaifeng City,Henan Province as an example,based on 117 valid questionnaires and relevant data obtained from four field surveys,the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is adopted to organically integrate rural geography and planning,and the technical software such as Arc GIS is used to sort out the evolution process of the garlic industry development in Biqiao Village from a micro perspective,and analyze the tenacity characteristic level of specialized villages.At the same time,according to the research results and the needs of different types of farmers for village life in the process of field investigation,the upper planning objectives of the research area,etc.,combined with the rural reconstruction theory,the garlic industry development is promoted through planning means,and the rural industry planning strategies and suggestions are proposed according to the current situation of industrial development,the storage of specialized villages resources,etc.The research results extend the theoretical research system of rural geography to a certain extent,improve and enrich the research content of specialized villages,and have certain theoretical guiding value for the exploration of rural development mechanism;To further boost the prosperity of rural industry from the perspective of planning has certain theoretical value and reference significance in the implementation of various strategic plans such as rural development,rural construction,rural governance and rural industrial structure optimization.Through analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The analysis of the evolutionary history of the industrial development in Biqiao Village reveals that the characteristics of the garlic industry development in different periods are highly differentiated.The garlic industry in the initial period was mainly participated by very few pioneers,and the area of garlic cultivation industry development in that period was small and the market influence was extremely low.Driven by economic benefits and the active participation of the government,capable people and small farmers,after years of development,the garlic industry in Biqiao Village has developed from a single cultivation industry to the integration of the second industry,and a solid sales market has been formed initially,which has also solved the employment problem for most of the rural surplus laborers.(2)Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the characteristic level of resilience of specialized villages,it is found that the overall resilience level of specialized villagess has declined first and then increased in the past 15 years,and the overall resilience level of specialized villages has a positive relationship with the economic development level of specialized villages.At the same time,the improvement of the overall resilience level of specialized villages is also gradually enhanced by the impact of social development,cultural construction of specialized villages and other aspects,The contribution of each dimension to the level of resilience characteristics of specialized villages is quite different,with the difference value of 0.438.The market subjects of Biqiao Village are no longer driven by competent people,but by more entrepreneurs and real entrepreneurs.The diversified development model of market subjects plays an indispensable role in improving the resilience of specialized villages.The garlic planting in Biqiao Village has strong resilience and great potential,but the overall level needs to be further improved.In the future,it needs to develop towards scale,depth and branding.(3)Based on the analysis of the garlic industry development in Biqiao Village and the rural reconstruction theory,the future industrial development planning is carried out to help the rural industry prosper and promote the rural revitalization.With its long history and culture,rich natural resources and the overall characteristics of the village,the garlic industry in Biqiao Village has become a pillar industry in the village.It is the main form of promoting the overall development of rural economy and an important form of promoting the development of rural regional industry and economy.According to the research results and the needs of different types of farmers for village life in the process of field investigation,the upper planning objectives of the research area,etc.,combined with the rural reconstruction theory,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Biqiao Village’s industrial development are summarized,and the purpose and principles of its development planning are reasonably determined,so as to provide decision-making and suggestions for the long-term development planning of the industry.The main contents are as follows:(1)Optimize the industrial spatial structure.Improve the stability of industrial space and promote industrial development by building multi-level unit cells and strengthening the flow of different elements;(2)Shape the industrial structure with diverse functions.The first is to strengthen the traditional industrial development and improve the ability to adapt to the development needs of modern industries,and the second is to extend the industrial chain,reasonably implant new industrial functions,adjust the rural development laws,and improve the rural endogenous power;(3)Strengthen the expression of rural industrial culture and help rural revitalization.By extracting the elements of rural industry development,actively implanting regional culture in industrial production,processing,sales and other links,highlighting the characteristics of rural development,improving the competitiveness of rural industries,and continuing to promote rural revitalization through the prosperity of rural industries. |
