With the increasing demand for high-speed transportation,high-speed rail trains have developed rapidly.Due to the large passenger capacity of the train,once the train collides,there will be serious consequences.Relying only on active safety protection equipment to ensure the safety of high-speed railway passengers is far from enough,and the passive safety protection equipment-anti-crawler,which is small in size and light in weight,has received more and more attention.The anti-climber is divided into two parts: the anti-climbing part and the energy absorption department,and this paper mainly studies the energy absorption part,which is of great significance for improving the safety of high-speed trains.In this paper,the thin-walled square shell of single-cell metal is used as the starting point to introduce the thin-walled square shell of multicellular metal.The model is built with Solidworks,and then imported into ANSYS/LS-DYNA for simulation processing,and then the obtained K file is imported into LS-Pre Post and then processed to obtain the buckling deformation modal map,displacement-impact curve and energy absorption characteristic index evaluation table at different times.The model buckling deformation and energy absorption of unnanized single square shell,all-nanolitated single square shell,multicellular square shell,internal nanoliteration treatment multicellular square shell,external nanolination multicellular square shell and fully nanolitated multicellular square shell were studied.Subsequently,while keeping other parameters unchanged,the influence of the basic parameters on changing the energy absorption characteristics of the shell is studied by changing the impact speed of the falling hammer and the length of the square shell.At the same time,it also tried to change the shape of the cells inside the multicellular square shell and analyze the energy absorption characteristics of different multicellular models.Finally,the cyclic surface nanoscale treatment of the multicellular square shell was performed,and the number of nanoscaled bands and the symmetry and anti-symmetry of the inner and outer rings of the multicellular square shell were set to explore the effects of different methods and different densities of nano treatment on energy absorption characteristics and buckling deformation.It provides new ideas for followup research and improvement of the energy absorption characteristics of square shells,and has certain enlightenment and significance for future research on energy absorption properties.
