In the face of ever-changing social progress and technological development,the accelerated pace of people’s lives requires better quality commuting to support them,and urban rail transport has become an essential and sustainable form of public transport for everyone to travel around.Nowadays,people have more choices for their travel,which implies higher standards and demands for urban rail transport.Ensuring a safe commute is essential,but the service quality of urban rail transport is also critical.Only by understanding abstract service quality evaluations from different groups of people can urban rail transport enterprises optimize and improve their own advantages,attract more passengers,and facilitate the sustainable development of urban rail transport enterprises.The quality of service and the effectiveness of the service brand of an urban rail transit operator are the company’s competitive advantage and the basis for its longevity.This paper discusses the problem of optimizing the service quality of urban rail transit,from the construction of the service quality evaluation system to the targeted analysis of the evaluation results,to carry out the analysis and demonstration of the way to achieve efficient optimization of the service quality problem.In the construction of the service quality evaluation system and problem analysis,we establish the service quality evaluation system by combining service quality theory and service brand theory with the operational service characteristics of urban rail transit enterprises.The system uses hierarchical analysis to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors,determine the different degrees of influence of each factor index,and then determine the evaluation indexes corresponding to each factor and confirm the index weights,so that the evaluation can produce digital quantitative standards.The analysis of the evaluation data is based on using grey system theory to construct a data model GM(1,1),which is then classified and analyzed according to the different evaluation elements to predict the direction of the evaluation and make targeted recommendations on service quality and brand effectiveness.To highlight the applicability and validity of the model,we chose the Qingdao metro station for the study.As the first metro in the province,the Qingdao metro has been evaluated by various sectors of society during its six years of operation.We carried out qualitative and quantitative analyses of the service quality of the Qingdao Metro through internal and external factors.By using real and reliable data and the statistical analysis software SPSS,we made the quantitative analysis of the service quality of the Qingdao Metro easier to understand,allowing us to systematically understand the current situation and further optimize and improve the service quality.By starting from the unique characteristics of urban rail transport,establishing a service quality evaluation system based on different evaluation points,and using grey system theory to make targeted prediction analysis,we determined the real level of the Qingdao metro service and made targeted improvement suggestions to improve key points,create a service brand,and establish a standardized service mechanism,ultimately enhancing the passenger flow of the Qingdao metro,better alleviating traffic congestion,and improving the happiness of city residents.
