Electromagnetic interference generated by aircraft electrostatic discharge can seriously affect flight safety,electrostatic dischargers can effectively discharge aircraft electrostatic charge and reduce the formation of radio frequency interference from aircraft electrostatic discharge.On the one hand,this thesis analyzes the basic method of radio frequency noise suppression of aircraft electrostatic discharger through simulation;on the other hand,it studies the testing technology of aircraft electrostatic discharger and analyzes its discharge pulse characteristics from experiments.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:(1)The radio frequency noise suppression effects of three different structures of aircraft electrostatic dischargers,such as low resistance,high resistance and decoupling,were studied.Through the comparison of theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,the results show that the discharge current of low-resistance electrostatic discharge devices is usually large,and the conductor tip has an enhanced effect on the radio frequency field in the area where corona discharge occurs,and its suppression of discharge radio frequency noise The effect is relatively poor;the discharge current of the high-resistance electrostatic discharge device is relatively small,and the highresistance tip has no enhancement effect on the radio frequency field in the area where the corona discharge occurs,and its suppression effect on the discharge radio frequency noise is relatively good;decoupling The resistance value of the electrostatic discharger is equivalent to that of the high-resistance electrostatic discharger,and its discharge current is relatively small,and the effect of suppressing radio frequency noise can be further realized by adjusting the angle between the discharge current and the radio frequency field.(2)The test verifies the applicability of Warburg’s law in the pin-plate structure,and provides a reference for reasonably determining the test structure of the electrostatic discharger.The simulation calculation and experimental test results show that in the needle plate discharge structure,the size of the grounding plate has a great influence on the discharge current pulse waveform measured at the low-voltage side:increasing the size of the grounding plate will cause the rising edge of the discharge pulse waveform to slow down,the peak value to decrease,and the duration lengthen.The needle-plate structure test was carried out on the low-resistance conductor copper needle and the aircraft electrostatic discharger,and the distribution range and characteristics of the plate current under different needle-plate spacing were analyzed and calculated in combination with Warburg’s law.The test and calculation results were basically consistent.(3)The pulse characteristics of the discharge current of the aircraft electrostatic discharger were studied experimentally.By building a test platform,two kinds of actual aircraft electrostatic dischargers were tested.The results show that: under the negative discharge voltage,with the increase of the discharge voltage,the value of the discharge current increases,and the pulse frequency of the discharge current also increases.The increase,and the higher the discharge current value,the higher the frequency of the discharge pulse,while the peak value of the discharge pulse tends to decrease,and the waveform parameters such as the rising edge of a single pulse in the discharge pulse train do not change much.
