| Due to the dual challenges of the global energy crisis and environmental pollution,countries are transitioning towards clean energy production and consumption patterns,where renewable energy sources will play a pivotal role in future energy systems.Offshore photovoltaic power generation,as an emerging renewable energy production method,offers the advantage of almost zero carbon emissions.In contrast to terrestrial photovoltaic,offshore photovoltaic power generation is advantageous as it reduces land resource occupation,improves light energy conversion rates,and ensures stable power output.Therefore,it has gained significant attention in China.Presently,China has launched the first batch of offshore photovoltaic power generation demonstration projects,and a considerable number of offshore photovoltaic power generation projects are planned to be constructed in the future.Site selection optimization has become a crucial topic for exploration in the offshore photovoltaic power generation industry.This article studies the location decision-making process for offshore photovoltaic power generation projects,providing a rigorous and scientific location method that reduces project investment risks,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the entire industry.This article first conducts data collection and literature review,analyzing the current research status on the location of onshore solar power generation and offshore new energy power generation projects,providing theoretical support for subsequent work.Building upon this,the paper elaborates on the design ideas and location principles of offshore photovoltaic power stations,analyzes the influencing factors of location decision-making,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system.To express complex information regarding the evaluation indicators for the location of offshore photovoltaic power stations,real number,interval number,and linguistic phrase type probabilistic hesitation information sets are proposed.Expert opinions and objective data are fully utilized to calculate the comprehensive weight of the location indicators using the AHP-PCA method.The priority of each alternative plant site is then calculated using ELECTRE Ⅲ to provide reliable reference for the location of offshore photovoltaic power station projects.Finally,a numerical example analysis is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model,providing suggestions for the development of the offshore photovoltaic industry.Site selection decision-making is a critical issue during the preparation and implementation of offshore photovoltaic power generation projects.This paper conducts systematic and scientific research and discussion on this issue,aiming to provide beneficial ideas for the actual construction of offshore photovoltaic power stations and the further promotion of the photovoltaic industry. |
