| The "dual carbon" goals of achieving "carbon peaking" before 2030 and achieving "carbon neutrality" before 2060 are the future development goals formulated by the Party Central Committee and the State Council based on China’s national conditions and in line with the general trend of the times,and are an important starting point for China to enter a new stage of development,implement new development concepts,and build a new pattern of future urban development.As an urban abandoned industrial space,industrial sites have the characteristics of high carbon emissions and serious pollution,and traditional transformation methods have large engineering volume and high energy consumption.Therefore,the low-carbon transformation of industrial site space is of great significance for the transformation and upgrading of China’s regional economy,promoting sustainable social development,and achieving the goal of "dual carbon".At present,there are no clear and complete conclusions on the research and specific planning and design of industrial site space,so this paper studies the planning and design of industrial site space based on the "dual carbon" goal.Firstly,the concept of "dual carbon" and the concept of industrial sites and related basic theories were expounded,and the theoretical research and case practice on the low-carbon transformation of industrial site space at home and abroad were investigated and analyzed,and a clear and complete theoretical framework was formed,and the low-carbon transformation mode of industrial site space was summarized.Secondly,the principles and strategies of spatial redesign of industrial sites under the "dual carbon" goal are proposed based on the actual application needs,and the strategic research on low-carbon space redesign of industrial sites is carried out from four aspects: low-carbon functional space conversion,low-carbon space design,low-carbon ecological cycle space construction,and low-carbon construction and operation.Finally,Nanping Cement Plant is selected as a practical case,the historical development background and current situation of Nanping Cement Plant are investigated on the spot,its reuse value and status quo are analyzed,and the specific implementation plan of multi-community space transformation,low-carbon space design,construction of low-carbon ecological cycle space and low-carbon operation strategy is proposed based on the concept of low-carbon.Through the discussion and practice of the spatial transformation of Nanping Cement Plant under the goal of "dual carbon",the strategy of low-carbon space redesign of industrial sites is proposed,and the process of protection and reuse of industrial sites is further promoted,in order to provide certain theoretical reference and application demonstration for low-carbon development of society. |
