| With the continuous improvement of high-speed railway construction and the acceleration of the application and development of computer and network communication technology,the progress of bridge parameterization and finite element analysis software is promoted,which puts forward further requirements for engineering construction monitoring.In this thesis,a pair of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is developed based on VTK(visualization toolkit)and wx Widgets library(graphical user interface development tool library).It is mainly designed for railway beam bridge,which can provide plug-in for parametric modeling of prestressed concrete bridge,build plug-in platform that can receive real-time data of bridge construction monitoring and measurement points,and study visualization.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Introduce the application of parameterization in bridge direction from the aspects of parametric modeling and visualization of VTK,sort out the configuration and integration of VTK and GUI applications,and sort out the requirements of bridge construction monitoring platform at the present stage.On this basis,the development trend and the possibility of combined use of the construction monitoring platform in the future are analyzed.Based on VTK and wx Widgets GUI application program,a modeling plug-in for pre-processing of continuous beam bridge with conventional cross-section is developed,which generates Midas/Civil MCT files containing key data parameters of the bridge and realizes the research of bridge 3D visualization using VTK.At the same time,through the Read Drawing program in the modeling plug-in,the MCT file with steel bar data parameters is obtained.(2)Through the use of compiler,firewall and Pimpl technology,the Cx plug-in system platform is built in factory mode,and a solid software engineering is built.At the same time,according to the factory model and partial rewriting and encapsulation of VTK,the interface between modeling plug-in and Cx plug-in system platform is realized,the monitoring of measuring point data of prestressed concrete continuous beam is realized,and the lens manipulation function is added based on the complete bridge model.On this basis,the implementation of model transformation based on VTK is studied.(3)By summarizing and analyzing the construction method of cantilever pouring of prestressed continuous beam,and on the basis of simulating the boundary conditions of continuous beam bridge in Midas/Civil,the MCT data generated by modeling plugin are summarized and displayed.And on the basis of the combination of the modeling plug-in and the finite element software Midas/Civil,the data that Midas/Civil can be used for construction monitoring is obtained,which is used as the theoretical data basis. |
