| As a major spacefaring country,the development of lunar exploration has become the key content of our spaceflight activities.Some scientists believe that because of the longterm solar wind radiation on the surface of the moon,solar wind particles directly injected into the interior of the lunar soil at a depth of 30-50 nm,not only causing some changes in the microscopic size of the lunar soil crystal structure,but also causing some changes in the size of the lunar soil,it also causes chemical and isotopic effects.In order to test this idea,we need to carry out multi-point gram-level sampling of the lunar surface soil at the South Pole of the moon and package it independently.The Chang’e 5 end sampler can not be used as an independent post-sampling package,so it is necessary to design a surface lunar soil sampling package based on the Chang’e 5 end sampler as follows:(1)The structure of the surface lunar soil sampling package is designed.According to its function,the sample package is divided into sampling package unit,clamping interface unit and storage unit.The main function of the sampling and packaging unit is to collect and store the lunar soil samples,so the size of the injection chamber and the mechanical model of the mechanism become the key to the design.Secondly,the clamping interface unit,combined with the size of the end sampler and tolerance design to make it compatible with the arm’s own errors,to improve the clamping stability.The last is the storage unit,whose function is to lock the sampling package before sampling,so its position limiting function is very important.(2)The characteristics of soil particle flow and soil disturbance in shoveling process were analyzed by DEM simulation.Firstly,the sampling simulation model of shoveling is established to provide the parameter basis for the follow-up simulation work,and the simulation matrix of shoveling depth and shoveling angle is established,and the simulation results,stress field and flow field are analyzed,select the most suitable shoveling depth and angle when sampling,and preliminarily verify the accuracy of shoveling resistance model.(3)Using single-scale cutting test bench to carry out shoveling load test and verification,setting up sampling Packer prototype system to carry out sampling test of shallow lunar soil sampling packer to verify the sampling effect under the condition of vibration or not,the accuracy of shoveling resistance model and the reliability of DEM simulation are verified.process were analyzed by DEM simulation.Firstly,the sampling simulation model of shoveling is established to provide the parameter basis for the followup simulation work,and the simulation matrix of shoveling depth and shoveling angle is established,and the simulation results,stress field and flow field are analyzed,select the most suitable shoveling depth and angle when sampling,and preliminarily verify the accuracy of shoveling resistance model. |
