| As one of the most critical friction pairs in axial piston pumps,the slipper pair has functions such as sealing,lubrication,load-bearing,and heat dissipation in hydraulic pumps,which is related to the working performance of the entire pump;At the same time,it is also the weakest link,with a higher probability of wear failure compared to other faults under high contact pressure and frequent impacts.Although early mild wear can be restored to some performance through the friction adaptive adjustment of the slipper pair itself,this adaptive adjustment has little effect on severe wear.Therefore,this article introduces metal wear self repair technology into the slipper pair,in order to enable the slipper in motion to have a certain self-healing ability in the event of severe surface wear,and improve the working performance and service life of the slipper pair.The research content is as follows:(1)By using lubrication theory and fractal theory,the adaptive principle of slipper friction was analyzed;On this basis,the hydroxyl silicate additive is introduced into the motion process of the piston pump slipper pair,and its applicability is demonstrated through theoretical analysis.A self repairing method for slipper surface wear is proposed,which combines self repairing and conditional self repairing.(2)A single factor experimental method was used to conduct self repair tests on the friction and wear of slipper pairs.The friction coefficient,wear amount,and surface morphology changes measured in the tests were analyzed,and the self repair behavior of slipper surface friction and wear was explored under the combined effect of new lubricating media and adaptive friction characteristics of slipper pairs.The self repair effect of hydroxysilicate additives on slipper surfaces with different wear degrees under static pressure support conditions was verified;The influence of load,rotational speed,and the amount of hydroxysilicate added on the self repair behavior of slipper surface wear was revealed.(3)Based on the law of single factor experimental results,orthogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the working condition configuration parameters using the AHP comprehensive scoring method to obtain the best combination of repair effect parameters.At the same time,comparative analysis was conducted on the best test results to explore the repair effect of the best parameter combination,verify the correctness of theoretical optimization and experiments,in order to improve the self repair quality of the worn surface of slipper,enhance tribological performance,and extend the service life of slipper. |
