Research On The Impact Of Mixed Ownership Reform On The Financial Performance Of China Eastern Airlines Logistics

As an important part of the economic system,the management efficiency of state-owned enterprises will directly affect the operation and development of the national economy.In recent years,the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises has brought new opportunities to the economic development of our country,and is also a hot topic at present.In 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee made it clear to vigorously develop "mixed ownership",which further determined the direction of China’s future development.The introduction of this policy will make the mixed ownership reform the top priority in the current comprehensive deepening of the state-owned enterprise reform,and will have a significant impact on the reform and economic development of Chinese state-owned enterprises.This thesis discusses the influence of state-owned enterprises’ financial performance after restructuring,summarizes the reform experience,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the existing problems.This thesis takes China Eastern air logistics as the research object.China Eastern Logistics is one of the first batch of domestic aviation enterprises to implement mixed-reform pilot.The successful experience of its reform is worth learning from.Therefore,this thesis takes the logistics of China Eastern Airlines as the focus of mixed ownership reform.First of all,in the introduction part,puts forward the viewpoint of this thesis.establishes the research idea and method of this thesis.Secondly,it expounds the theoretical basis,relevant motivation and influence mechanism of mixed ownership reform.In the third part,this thesis takes mixed ownership of China Eastern Airlines logistics as the research object,starts with the process and mode of mixed ownership reform,and focuses on the analysis of the internal governance structure and incentive mechanism of China Eastern Airlines Logistics after the implementation of mixed ownership reform,as well as the influence of the change of logistics competition pattern on the financial performance of China Eastern Airlines logistics after the mixed ownership reform.Through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the four financial indicators and the comparative analysis of economic added value,to test the mixed ownership reform of China Eastern Airlines has achieved what effect and influence.
