In recent years, with the rise of the cruise tourism industry, the design, construction and related industries of cruise ships have developed rapidly in China. Its huge hull and diverse functional facilities make it vividly known as ’ sea mobile resort city ’.However, although several small polar cruise ships have been successfully delivered, the construction of large cruise ships is more difficult and complicated. Therefore, there are still many large cruise ship construction problems to be broken through and solved in China. The biggest difference between large cruise ships and small cruise ships is that the number of living cabins on cruise ships is large and diverse, which brings great difficulties to the construction of cruise ships. At present, the mainstream solution in the industry is to use ’ modular cabin ’for installation. This installation method can effectively reduce labor and time costs and shorten the construction cycle. In addition, the structural safety of large cruise ships cannot be ignored. At present, the superstructure of large cruise ships mainly uses thin plate materials.Under the influence of the large number of cabins, the hull structure is prone to deformation, which affects the structural safety. In this thesis, the first large cruise ship in China located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object.Combined with the actual construction situation, the research on the path planning of the push cabin is carried out to form a better push cabin scheme. In addition, according to the structural characteristics of the modular cabin, the corresponding moving device is designed. On this basis, the structural strength analysis of the hull push cabin hole is carried out,and the corresponding opening and closing hole schemes are proposed to effectively support the formulation and implementation of the on-site push cabin and cabin installation scheme. The main research contents are as follows :(1)The research progress of path planning method and hull structure safety is summarized. The research status and development trend of cruise cabin transportation path planning are analyzed and discussed. The research significance, main research contents and research ideas of this thesis are clarified.(2)The main constraints in large cruise ship cabin transportation are analyzed systematically. The objective function of cabin transportation optimization is determined, and the mathematical model of cruise ship cabin transportation path planning is established. On this basis, according to the characteristics of cruise cabin transfer, the traditional A-STAR algorithm is improved to optimize the shortest transfer path of each cabin.Aiming at the problem of ’ blockage ’ that may occur in the process of cabin transfer, the method of reverse order method is introduced, and it is combined with A-STAR algorithm to obtain the optimal push cabin scheme.(3)Aiming at the problems that may occur in the modular cabin transfer,on the basis of clarifying its specific functional requirements,a modular cabin transfer equipment suitable for large cruise ships is designed, which can realize the power clamping, power transfer,real-time detection and control of modular cabins. It provides a new technical solution for the cabin transfer of large cruise ships.(4)Considering that the opening and closing of the push-hole will have a certain impact on the overall and local strength of the hull structure, the structural strength of the cruise ship before and after the closure of the push-hole is analyzed and evaluated by using MSC.Patran finite element software. On this basis, under the condition of meeting the design requirements,a better layered push-hole scheme is proposed, which can avoid the continuous opening of the outer plate while controlling the deformation, and provides effective support for the actual design and construction.
