| In the transmission fields of textile,CNC machine tool,automobile and so on,in order to meet the requirements of the efficiency and performance of the control system,it is often necessary to realize the drive control of the dual permanent magnet synchronous motor with high precision and fast response.The application of direct torque control technology to control permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of fast response speed,accurate speed tracking and fast response of motor parameters.In order to further improve the traditional direct torque control performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a three-sector direct torque control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed in this paper.The five-bridge arm inverter system of dual permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as the research object.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A direct torque control method for three sectors of permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed.Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complex design of switch vector selection table and large calculation of sector judgment in traditional direct torque control system,a three-sector direct torque control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed,which can effectively simplify the structure of traditional direct torque control system,the design of switch vector selection table and sector division.In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis,a simulation model and an experimental platform are built.Compared with the simulation and experimental results of the traditional direct torque control system,the simulation results show that the dynamic and static characteristics of the traditional direct torque control system are maintained,which provides the corresponding theoretical support for the subsequent research.(2)The direct torque control system of three sectors of dual permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied.Aiming at the dual motor synchronous drive control problem,based on the advantages of three-sector direct torque control algorithm,the logic or and logic and control idea of signal logic synthesis is introduced to carry out theoretical analysis on the dual permanent magnet synchronous motor five-bridge arm inverter system.On this basis,a direct torque control logic or control algorithm for three sectors of dual permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied,and the algorithm simulation model is built.The speed regulation and load characteristics are studied by simulation and experiment platform.Compared with the simulation and experimental results of the direct torque control logic or control system of the six sectors of the dual permanent magnet synchronous motor,the simulation results show that the control system has similar dynamic and static characteristics and realizes the synchronous drive of the dual motors,which further verifies the effectiveness of the control method.(3)The three-sector half-cycle direct torque control system of dual permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied.Aiming at the dual motor independent drive control problem,this system introduces the control algorithm of half cycle control and three sectors direct torque control to control the dual permanent magnet synchronous motor five-bridge inverter system.A simulation and experimental platform was built to study the speed regulation and load characteristics of the system.The simulation and experimental results were compared with those of the dual permanent magnet synchronous motor six-sector half-cycle direct torque control system.The results show that the control effect of the system is good and the dynamic and static performance is excellent. |
