| As the total mileage of asphalt pavement continues to increase,the problem of asphalt pavement diseases is also becoming increasingly serious.For most diseases of asphalt pavement,such as pits,looseness,bulges,cracks,etc.,asphalt pavement maintenance vehicles are used for repair.At present,asphalt pavement maintenance vehicles are used to repair pavement diseases.One maintenance vehicle cannot complete the repair operation,and other maintenance devices such as rollers and milling machines are needed to assist in the repair,which increases the maintenance equipment.There are still many parts that rely on manual operation during the repair process,such as manual excavation and loading,with high labor intensity and low maintenance efficiency.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of asphalt pavement repair and maintenance,while improving maintenance efficiency and reducing labor intensity and labor costs,this article designs a milling,harvesting,and microwave heating maintenance vehicle that meets the current needs based on the asphalt pavement repair process and requirements.The vehicle integrates functions such as crushing,collection,mixing,and compaction,and can perform maintenance operations on different asphalt pavement diseases.The main design of this article is the negative pressure material collection device and mobile milling device of the microwave heating maintenance vehicle for milling and planing material collection.(1)The core of the negative pressure receiving device is the settling box.Firstly,the structure of the settling box was designed,and then fluid simulation was conducted in Fluent.The distribution characteristics of the reclaimed material particles on asphalt pavement are expressed by Rosin-Rammler equation,and the motion path of particles in the settling box is simulated.According to the velocity vector cloud image and particle motion path diagram inside the settling box,Compared with the calculated suspending velocity and settling velocity of particles,the settling effect is judged,and the structure of the settling box is improved and optimized.(2)The design of mobile milling device to ensure its feasibility,safety.The mobile milling device must be able to move freely in the space and smoothly mill the asphalt pavement.A kinematic simulation of the designed mobile milling device was carried out in ADAMS,and the movement track of the mobile milling device was obtained.The possible problems in the milling process were verified by simulation.In addition,the mobile milling device also needs to meet the strength conditions during milling operation.The mechanical simulation of the single cutter head of the milling drum is carried out.Johnson-Cook model is used to simulate the single cutter head of the milling drum in Ansys workbench to obtain the force curve of the milling drum on the asphalt surface.Then the strength and stiffness of the mobile milling device are checked. |
