Under the background of the reform of the power system,in response to the requirements of the state,the distribution and sales of electricity on the supply and demand side were opened in an orderly manner,and capital from all parties was introduced to break the economic monopoly of the original power supply enterprises.This is a huge time for traditional power supply enterprises.shock.In 2021,GL’s electricity sales in the market will reach 14.6 billion,with a year-on-year growth rate of 22.4%.Among them,the accumulated industrial electricity was 7.943 billion k Wh,a year-on-year increase of 12%.This part of the electricity is now participating in market-based transactions.With the market open,many electricity purchase and sale companies have emerged to compete for electricity purchase services.At present,the per k Wh of electricity permissible income of power supply enterprises is verified by the national financial department.GL Power Supply Company has seized the electricity market by creating a new model of "purchasing and selling electricity +value-added services" and guiding users to choose GL Power Supply Company as an electricity fee agency company to purchase electricity.,so as to generate revenue for GL Power Supply Company.This paper studies the marketing strategies of power supply enterprises in various places by studying the references.Through the SWOT analysis method,the current situation of GL Power Supply Company is analyzed,and the existing marketing strategy is studied.Select the existing relatively mature model algorithm,based on the GL city electricity consumption data,draw on the hierarchical enumeration classification method to construct the label system,use the fuzzy C-means clustering analysis method to profile the users,and use the faceted grouping method.The classification method performs clustering analysis on each subject.With limited resources,GL Power Supply Company must select high-growth and high-value-added target users and implement targeted marketing strategies for them.In this paper,we screen out the target user groups,select a typical user,and demonstrate the correctness of the marketing strategy implementation based on portraits by comparing the effects before and after targeted implementation.Finally,it is discussed that the implementation of power marketing strategy based on user portraits is the only way for GL power supply companies to transform.Only by continuously improving power supply services and building a modern power supply service system can we adapt to market shocks.
