Education is the foundation of a century long plan.Against the backdrop of promoting high-quality development of higher education,the country and government are gradually increasing their investment in university infrastructure projects,and the scale and complexity of university infrastructure projects are also increasing to meet the diversified functional needs of schools.Compared to other types of construction projects,the majority of investment in university infrastructure projects comes from government financial funds,and this type of project construction process is more prone to resource waste,heavy investment over management,and other phenomena.This also puts higher requirements on the overall project management work of university infrastructure management departments.Integrating project integration management theory into the management of university infrastructure projects can effectively improve project management efficiency and better achieve engineering construction goals;By constructing an integrated management maturity evaluation model tailored to the characteristics of university infrastructure projects,it is possible to more intuitively assess the integrated management capabilities of university infrastructure departments throughout the entire project process.Based on this purpose,the main work of this study was as follows:This article first introduces the theories of project integrated management and project management maturity,and comprehensively analyzes the necessity of integrated management and maturity evaluation for university infrastructure projects;Secondly,according to the construction characteristics of university infrastructure projects,the corresponding integrated management models are constructed from five aspects: goal integration,organization integration,process integration,resource integration and information integration;Then,taking the relatively mature OPM3 model in the field of project management as a reference,a three-dimensional evaluation model for the maturity of integrated management that conforms to the characteristics of university infrastructure project construction was constructed.Based on this,combined with literature research and expert research methods,a maturity evaluation index system for university infrastructure project integration management was established,as well as a comprehensive evaluation method based on the C-OWA operator weighting method and the center point triangle whitening weight function;Finally,the applicability and practicality of the constructed model were verified using the actual case of the H project in a certain university as the research object.The research results indicate that the maturity evaluation model for integrated management of university infrastructure projects constructed in this article can be well applied in practice.Based on this model,the infrastructure management department of universities can clearly identify the shortcomings in project integration management,and can effectively rectify the project based on the evaluation results.In the future project construction management work,they can learn from experience and lessons,and gradually improve their project integration management capabilities.This article conducts research on the maturity evaluation of integrated management of university infrastructure projects,which will help improve the comprehensive management level of university infrastructure projects and provide certain reference significance for the construction and management of other types of projects.
