Metro shield construction is influenced by the complexity of geological conditions and external environment,the special characteristics of Shield Method construction and the management level and other factors,resulting in a great number of unsafe factors,which can easily cause accidents such as destabilization and collapse,water and sand surges,and machine injuries.Although the relevant standards and specifications contain rich construction safety knowledge,according to the statistical study of a large number of engineering accident cases,the occurrence and expansion of accidents are largely related to the inability of practitioners to obtain the required knowledge in a timely and accurate manner.Thus,it is necessary to further improve the way of domain knowledge management and knowledge transfer to enhance the effective utilization of construction knowledge.The establishment of domain Knowledge Graph can effectively organize scattered knowledge and improve the efficiency of knowledge retrieval.Therefore,this paper proposes a Knowledge Graph of Shield Construction Specifications(SCS-KG),which aims to help engineers efficiently acquire construction safety knowledge.The main research contents include:(1)A building framework of SCS-KG is proposed with the reference of the general building procedures of Knowledge Graph.Through the analysis of the specification content and organization form,a two-level knowledge organization structure of Specification-ProvisionLayer and Provision-Concept-Layer is established to provide a unified Schema for the construction of SCS-KG,so as to effectively integrate the knowledge from different standard specifications and different granularity.(2)A method of automatic knowledge extraction with Chinese specification text as the object is proposed,which is based on the Semantic Role Labeling(SRL)results provided by the existing Natural Language Processing(NLP)platform,and knowledge extraction is realized through post-optimization processing and pattern matching to form a structured organization of key knowledge elements of different types of provisions.Taking the GB 50446-2017 “Shield Method Tunnel Construction and Acceptance Code” as an example for knowledge extraction.The results show that this method can reduce the difficulties of extracting Chinese specification texts to some extent and provide effective data support for the establishment of domain Knowledge Graph.(3)Based on the Neo4 j Graph Database,the establishment and storage of SCS-KG is completed.And a prototype system is initially developed,which can effectively fuse the graph construction,graph storage and graph application.The knowledge reasoning of fused problem contexts and intelligent semantic Q&A are realized through QA-GNN model,which can effectively improve the efficiency of knowledge acquisition and change the knowledge query dilemma based on keyword retrieval.This paper studies the building and application of SCS-KG.The knowledge model used can effectively organize specification texts and multi-grained specification knowledge,the knowledge extraction method used can effectively handle Chinese specification texts,and the graph building method used can meet the transformation needs of different data.This paper provides a new realization idea for the development of Knowledge Graph in the construction field,which is conducive to promoting the efficient accumulation and effective utilization of shield construction knowledge and providing intelligent knowledge support for shield construction and safety management decisions.
