| Building Maintenance Unit is a high-altitude operating machinery and equipment,and its use scale continues to expand with the increase of glass curtain wall buildings.Due to the complex structure,diverse types,and operators who do not have professional security testing capabilities,their safety accidents have been frequently occurred in recent years,resulting in huge harm and economic losses.In order to improve the safety management level of the BMU,from the perspective of the control,it is based on the PLC-based development of the general control system of the BMU;from the perspective of security detection,the safety detection system of the BMU is developed based on HMI.First of all,this article analyzes the structural type and work characteristics of the Window Wiper,subdivide the BMU into 14 components,and standardize the ground mapping relationship between the control object of the window controller and the IO address of the PLC.The control and output subroutine under the part to complete the design of the general control program of the BMU.In order to facilitate the calling PLC program of each model,the development of the model parameter selection function,the PLC program under the combination of the model parameters is used to determine the PLC program under the model to control the work movement of the BMU.In order to verify the correctness of the PLC universal control program,program testing is performed from the aspects of hardware and software.In terms of hardware,according to the control requirements and safety detection requirements of the BMU,select hardware such as PLC,HMI,and build a BMU test platform.The test platform has the functions of operating side selection,action control,and security detection.Through the control of the operating panel,the input of the PLC work signal is realized to complete the test of the general control program.In terms of software,based on the Lab View design of the window mixer simulation control platform,according to the different types of PLC types and communication methods,the Lab View data collection and integration of commonly used PLC and communication combinations is used for use of the simulation control platform.While reducing the function of the testing platform,the simulation control platform also has functions such as IO display,process display,and model parameter selection,which makes up for the function defects of the test platform operation.In order to improve the safety performance of the BMU,the HMI design safety detection system is based on the HMI.First of all,the cause of frequent safety accidents in the BMU is divided into internal causes and external causes.The internal factors are mainly the reliability of their own structure,and the external causes include operating factors and environmental factors.Starting from the internal and external causes,the safety detection system has functions such as monitoring,parameter settings,early warning,operation logs and other functions,and comprehensively detect factors that may cause safety accidents that may cause BMU.Based on the PLC control and HMI detection,this article has built a complete set of common control systems and safety detection systems,which improves the management level of the BMU and the safety detection ability of the operator.It has great theoretical value and engineering application value Essence. |
