In recent years,the wind power industry has developed rapidly worldwide,and wind energy resources have been better developed and utilized.However,the problem of ice coating on wind turbines has also caused great problems in the field of wind power.Ice coating on wind turbine blades will not only seriously affect the efficiency of wind turbines,but also cause harm to equipment to a certain extent.The aerothermal deicing system of wind turbine blades has been widely used in the world because of its high deicing efficiency,low investment cost,easy maintenance and other advantages.However,because different types of wind turbine blades have different structures,if the flow field or temperature field is not analyzed before deicing equipment is installed inside the blades,it may lead to improper equipment selection and installation position,resulting in poor deicing effect.Therefore,aiming at the problem that the aerothermal deicing system of wind turbine blades in a wind farm has unsatisfactory deicing effect,this paper selects the aerothermal deicing system of the blades as the research object,uses the method of combining numerical simulation and experiment,and uses Fluent software to study the temperature field and flow field inside the blades of the aerothermal deicing system of wind turbine blades in the deicing state,and analyzes the reasons for the poor deicing effect of the system,And optimize it reasonably.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Set up an experimental platform for the aerothermal deicing system of wind turbine blades to conduct experiments,obtain the temperature data in the blades,and provide reference data for simulation calculation.(2)The geometric model and grid model of the wind turbine blade and the air thermal deicing system are established,and the grid independence is verified.The Fluent simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the inside of the blade,and obtain the distribution of the flow field and temperature field inside the blade under the experimental conditions.The numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the effectiveness of the numerical model,and the simulation results are analyzed and discussed.(3)The distribution of flow field and temperature field in blades under different wind speed conditions and temperature conditions are discussed respectively.When the inlet temperature of the air thermal deicing system is constant at 50 ℃,the inlet wind speeds of8m/s,10m/s and 12m/s are selected,and when the inlet wind speed is constant at 8m/s,the heater temperatures of 50 ℃,55 ℃ and 60 ℃ are selected.(4)The internal structure of the blade shall be optimized,that is,the installation position of the internal wind deflector of the blade shall be moved 8m to the blade tip direction,and the length of the ventilation pipe shall be increased to make the outlet position of the pipe close to the blade tip position.The temperature field change in the blade after optimization shall be discussed.(5)Considering the thickness of the blade,select the local area of the blade for ice melting simulation analysis,analyze the influence of temperature load on the deicing efficiency,simulate and calculate the time required for the temperature rise of the blade surface to reach 0 ℃,and provide a basis for improving the control system of blade deicing.
