About 90% of human beings spend in the indoor environment,a long time in the indoor environment, coupled with the impact of workload and other influences,so that the psychological pressure of indoor personnel increases, prone to lack of energy, learning and work efficiency reduction and other problems, resulting in stress stress, affecting human physical and mental health.Studies have shown that the audiovisual environment helps to relieve psychological pressure, but at present more focus on the study of the impact of the visual environment on psychological pressure, less involved in the recovery of psychological stress stress by hearing and other multi-sensory comprehensive stimuli,in order to solve the above problems, this paper respectively creates three restorative environments of vision, hearing and "sight + hearing",studies the recovery process and effect of human psychological stress in three environments, provides a theoretical reference for improving the work efficiency of indoor workers, and provides feasible solutions for psychological stress recovery. In this paper, high loudness noise was used to induce psychological stress in the subjects, and three restoration environments were used to restore psychological pressure: visual(green plant pictures),auditory(running water sounds)and "sight +hearing"(green plant pictures + running water sounds).During the experiment, the physiological parameters related to psychological stress were measured, the emotional scale score was collected, and the facial micro-expression recognition and facial EMG signal were used to compare the recovery effects of different recovery environments on psychological stress. The recovery effect was evaluated by heart rate, heart rate variability index, and physiological parameters such as electromyography(EMG)and blood pressure(BP).In addition, the Stroop cognitive test was carried out and the SPANE(Scale of Positive and Negative Experience)emotional questionnaire was filled out to analyze the changes in physiological parameters and cognitive test results and the correlation between the two.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)In the three recovery environments, the facial micro-expression emotion recognition results were consistent with the results of the human subjective emotion questionnaire, that is,the expression in the stress-induced period was judged as "uncomfortable",while the expression in the recovery period was judged as "comfortable",indicating that the three recovery environments had a restorative effect on psychological stress.(2)During the stress induction period, the heart rate, blood pressure and heart rate variability frequency domain indexes of low high and low frequency power increased significantly compared with LF/HF,while the continuous difference root mean square(RMSSD)of heart rate variability time domain index decreased significantly;During the recovery period, the average RMSSD increased significantly and other physiological parameters decreased significantly, indicating that the psychological stress of the subjects was relieved after experiencing visual, auditory and "sight +hearing" restorative environments.(3)In the stress-induced period, the completion time of Stroop cognitive test increased and the error rate increased, and the completion time and error rate decreased in the recovery period, indicating that the "sight + hearing" recovery environment could effectively improve cognitive performance. In addition, there was a high correlation between heart rate, heart rate variability measure RMSSD and LF/HF,EMG,blood pressure, and cognitive test results(test completion time and error rate)(p<0.05).(4)Compared with the relevant physiological parameters and cognitive test results of the baseline period and the recovery period,it was found that the heart rate, heart rate variability index(LF/HF),myoelectric,etc.and the average completion time and error rate of cognitive tests in the recovery period were significantly lower than those in the baseline period, and the psychological stress recovery effect of hearing and "sight+ hearing" environment was better than that of visual environment.(5)Comparing the stress-sensitive index RMSSD of human body in different restorative environments with the time to recover to the initial baseline level(i.e.recovery time),it was found that the time for the heart rate variability index RMSSD to return to the baseline level in the auditory recovery environment was the shortest(about2.10min).Under the experimental conditions of this paper, the visual, auditory and "visual +hearing" environment have good recovery effects on human psychological pressure, but the psychological stress recovery effect of hearing and environment is the best. The conclusion of this paper has theoretical reference significance for the recovery of psychological pressure, learning and work efficiency of indoor working population.Under the experimental
