| Sleep occupies one-third of the time of life and is an essential physiological activity of the human body. The quality of sleep has an important impact on the emotional, physical, and cognitive health of the human body.Good sleep helps the body recover from fatigue and maintain normal functioning.Chronic sleep deprivation or even sleep deprivation can easily lead to cognitive impairment, emotional changes, and hormone abnormalities, increasing the risk of other diseases such as coronary heart disease and stroke. As one of the main factors affecting sleep, thermal environment affects sleep latency, duration, and comfort. In addition,in different seasons of sleep, people usually have higher sleep quality in spring and autumn, and poorer sleep quality in winter and summer. Therefore, the impact of operating temperature during winter and summer on human thermal response and sleep quality during sleep needs to be studied. This study uses a combination of online research and experimental research methods.Investigating the bedding system and sleep time commonly used by residents in winter and summer, and designing experiments based on this to explore the thermal response and sleep quality of the human body under different operating temperatures in the bedroom in winter and summer. The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,an online survey was conducted on the bedding system and sleep time commonly used by residents in Shandong Province during winter and summer sleep. The results show that the bedding system and sleep time of residents are often different in winter and summer.Secondly, experiments are designed based on the results of online research. An experimental study on the thermal response and sleep quality of the human body during night sleep was conducted in an artificial climate chamber under three temperature conditions:cooler, neutral, and warmer(winter:14,17,and 20℃;summer:23,26,and29℃).The effects of operating temperature on bedding coverage(Cb),human thermal sensation(TSV),thermal comfort(TCV),thermal expectation(TP),sweating sensation(SS),average skin temperature(Tmsk),and cochlear temperature(Tcore)were analyzed.Based on this, the effects of operating temperature and coverage were comprehensively considered, and the heat exchange between each subject and the environment under different operating conditions was calculated. The results showed that as the operating temperature increased,Cbgradually decreased in winter and summer,Tcorefirst increased and then decreased, while TSV gradually increased; The variation trend of TCV and heat transfer in winter and summer with the increase of operating temperature is also different. The effects of operating temperature on subjective and objective sleep quality were studied. It was found that sleep quality in winter and summer showed different trends with increasing operating temperature. After that, the relationship between different parameters was analyzed, and the results showed that there was a positive correlation between Tmskand TSV in winter and summer; In winter,TCV increased with the increase of TSV,while in summer,TCV and TSV showed an inverted U-shaped distribution. The total score of sleep logs was positively correlated with TCV,and the total score of sleep logs was negatively correlated with Tmsk.By using a combination of research and experiment, this article explored the correlation and seasonal differences between different sleep thermal environments in winter and summer on human thermal response parameters, sleep quality, thermal response parameters, and sleep quality parameters from both subjective and objective aspects. The results of this study can provide reference for theoretical research and practical application of human comfort and high-quality sleep in winter and summer sleep thermal environments. |
