Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of the construction industry,the architectural photography industry,as a service provider of the architectural design industry and real estate enterprises,has also shown a trend of rapid development.As a once small and unpopular industry,many professional architectural photographers and architectural photography institutions have been active in it.At present,architectural design enterprises and real estate enterprises are at a complex and difficult time,and are facing the severe situation of stock,double-carbon and epidemic.The architectural photography industry has been affected to a certain extent.Facing the challenges of shrinking end customer demand,fierce peer competition and severe squeeze on business space,how to improve customer loyalty and stand out from many peers is the key for architectural photography institutions to stay stable in the market.This paper selects J architectural photography company as the specific object,based on the theory of customer value,customer loyalty and service marketing strategy,and uses the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and in-depth interview to carry out the research.First of all,the current market environment and target market demand of J architectural photography company were sorted out,and in-depth interviews were conducted with the company’s internal employees and representative customers to identify the current situation and problems of J architectural photography company’s customer loyalty.Secondly,analyze the current situation of customer loyalty of J architectural photography company,and find the reasons for the problems.Finally,according to the problems faced by J architectural photography company in terms of customer loyalty,this paper puts forward feasible and effective strategies.This study provides a theoretical basis and specific countermeasures for the research of J architectural photography company to improve customer loyalty,and also provides a useful reference for peers in improving customer loyalty to a certain extent.
