| With the development of science and technology,LED(Light Emitting Diode)lighting technology is also constantly updated,LED as a solid state light source,its long service life,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection and many other advantages have gradually replaced the traditional light source,multi-channel LED light source is the key to meet these needs,this study revolves around the light source design of the most important photoelectric parameters and spectral optimization design method.This research is focused on the most important chromaticity parameters and spectral optimization in light source design.The main research elements are as follows.1.A set of multi-channel LED spectral optimization software was designed to test the chromaticity parameters of multi-channel LED light sources,input the data into the software,and program the model to output the best combination of colour rendering index,luminous efficacy and colour tolerance under the specified colour temperature conditions according to the linear superposition principle of the spectrum.2.In order to make the light source meet the demand for healthy lighting,the dual assessment criteria of visual and non-visual effects of the light source are proposed,and the optimal spectral combination solution to meet the conditions at each colour temperature is also explored and experimentally verified.3.The optimized spectra are applied to the selection of decorative materials.The spectral reflection factors of seven different coloured decorative materials were tested and weighted with the optimized 4000 K spectral combination to obtain a white light sample combination with the best reflection effect for coloured decorative materials.The experimental results show that the spectral optimization design scheme is highly accurate and the best white light combinations obtained from the simulations are good in terms of visual and non-visual effects at each colour temperature,i.e.3000 K,3500K,4000 K,5000K and 6500 K,and there are matching white light samples on different decorative materials,and this method can guide multi-channel LED lighting product dimming This method can guide multi-channel LED lighting product dimming applications and help designers to select the best relative spectral power SPD(spectral power distribution)of the white light spectrum for a specific colour temperature to achieve the best illumination effect with coloured lighting surfaces. |
