| Chengdu Ring Ecological Park,as the key presentation area of Chengdu Park Urban Demonstration Zone,carries many functions and roles,such as improving ecological environment,creating a beautiful environment and displaying city image.Since the completion of the ring road in 2022,the popularity of the park has only increased,and it has become one of the first-choice places for Chengdu residents to enjoy leisure and recreation.However,whether its landscape design can effectively meet the needs of users remains to be explored and studied.Therefore,from the perspective of users’ demand,CVM and KANO model are mainly employed in this paper to analyze and study the level and type of users’ landscape demand of Chengdu Ring Ecological Park.Firstly,through a large number of literature research,this paper obtains the combination advantages of the two methods,and verifies the scientific nature and rationality of the selection of the combinatorial method.Secondly,the CVM was used to study the average willing value of payment of users in Chengdu Ring Ecological Park.Which means the yearly demand level per individual was revealed to be 84.08 yuan,and the demand level would gradually increase over time.According to the results above,it is calculated that the total value of landscape services of Chengdu Ring Ecological Park in 2022 is about 1.185 to 1.524 billion yuan.Then,the KANO model’s related research and analysis divides 22 demand items into four distinct categories: Must-be Quality(7),One-dimensional Quality(7),Attractive Quality(7),and Indifferent Quality(1).The ranking results of the first-level requirements are obtained:landscape enhancement and optimization > infrastructure construction > space service and management > security system maintenance.And the ranking results of the importance of 22second-level requirements are obtained as well.Finally,summarizing the theoretical framework and application methods of landscape improvement based on Chengdu Ring Ecological Park,this study proposes five landscape improvement principles:(1)system integration principle,(2)balanced development principle,(3)function combination principle,(4)participation experience principle,(5)urban-rural integration principle.Three landscape enhancement principles are proposed:(1)improving material basis and enhancing quality perception,(2)grasping key elements by combining utility value,(3)marking public demand and improving social welfare.Three landscape improvement strategies are proposed as well:(1)give priority to infrastructure,fully meet the necessary needs.(2)attach great importance to the service gap,continue to improve the expectations of demand.(3)ingenuity to create high-end design,try to add charm demand.This study combines CVM and KANO model into the research field of landscape environment,which extends the research scope of Chengdu Ring Ecological Park after its comprehensive completion,innovates relevant methods of landscape demand research,enriches relevant theories of landscape construction,and provides a new perspective for the research of Chengdu Ring Ecological Park landscape.It also provides a strong support for further exploring the way of value conversion of ecological products.The results aim to provide a new solution for the future landscape optimization and construction of Chengdu Ring Ecological Park,which has certain theoretical reference value and practical significance. |
