As the power plant of ship,gas turbine becomes the mainstream power because it has the characteristics of small size,light weight,power and fast acceleration.In the naval battle of modern warfare,the non-contact explosion impact produced by underwater weapons seriously threatens the vitality of gas turbines.How to improve the anti-impact capability of gas turbines has become a major problem that many countries need to study.There are four kinds of impact test methods,respectively for the impact machine impact test of equipment components;Floating platform impact test for the whole equipment;Ship-borne explosion test simulating real underwater non-contact explosion environment;The impact test was calculated by finite element simulation using computer and simulation software.In this thesis,based on the idea of reliability strengthening test technology,taking into account the actual factors of the whole gas turbine impact test will consume a lot of time,using a typical component of a large gas turbine as the research object to carry out impact machine impact test and finite element simulation calculation impact test.By applying more severe impact environment to simulate shock resistance test,the fault mode of typical components is quickly stimulated,which provides a new idea for typical components of gas turbine to carry out impact resistance test.In this thesis,the reliability strengthening test method and the research status of gas turbine shock resistance are introduced firstly.Based on the modal analysis,the theoretical model of shock response of one end fixed support rod is proposed.Dynamic analysis method and time-domain dynamic analysis method are used for gas turbine impact resistance analysis.Compared with the simulation results of different impact resistance analysis,time-domain analysis method with higher accuracy of simulation calculation results is selected for simulation calculation.The simulation model of compressor,a key component of gas turbine,is established by using finite element software.The weak impact components of gas turbine compressor are obtained by simulation analysis,and the typical components of gas turbine are proposed.According to the simulation analysis results of gas turbine compressor,the real scale model of the front support is designed and manufactured,and the standard impact test is carried out on the double wave impact machine.Using the test impact environment determined by the German standard BV043-85,four tests in different directions are carried out respectively.According to the test results,the front support structure is not damaged.In order to calibrate the simulation,the basic data of impactor anti-impact test is provided for finite element simulation and the simulation model is modified to improve the simulation accuracy.The simulation model was used to simulate 216 groups of impact conditions.By analyzing the failure modes of typical gas turbine components through the simulation data,the strengthening impact test methods such as impact velocity,acceleration and impact direction under the strengthening impact load are predicted.
