| With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the construction of urban rail transit is expanding year by year.Mud water balance shield tunneling is widely used in practical engineering projects due to its engineering adaptability.Summarizing previous research on large diameter mud water balance shield tunneling,the characteristic parameter analysis of its internal mud circulation system has always been an important issue that the domestic shield tunneling industry continues to pay attention to and needs to solve.Based on this,this article mainly focuses on the principles of slurry balance in slurry balance shield tunneling,calculation of characteristic parameters of slurry circulation system,analysis of debris particle motion characteristics,and pipeline wear and blockage in slurry circulation system.By using literature collection,mathematical modeling,theoretical analysis,and other methods,special technical research is conducted on the characteristics and transportation performance of slurry.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)Deeply analyze the composition and working principle of the mud circulation system,describe the working mode of the mud circulation system,key factors of mud circulation control,and mud performance indicators,establish a mathematical model of the tunnel cross-section,analyze the theoretical and practical significance of the values of various characteristic parameters in the circulation system,and combine with the calculation data of engineering projects,Analyze the impact of the values of mud characteristic parameters on the work efficiency during shield tunneling,and provide a complete theoretical system for calculating the characteristic parameters of the mud circulation system.(2)Analyze and calculate the pressure setting value of mud water support for mud water balanced shield tunneling,and analyze in detail the additional stress generated by the balance of underground water pressure,soil pressure,and ground load required for the excavation surface during shield tunneling.Analyze the stability of the surrounding soil layer after mud water balanced shield tunneling through calculation.(3)On the basis of summarizing the three major characteristics of mud and key parameters of mud,in-depth analysis is conducted on the flow characteristics of the fluid inside the pipe,establishing the momentum equation of the micro element beam fluid,analyzing the velocity change of the viscous fluid in the inlet section of the circular pipe,analyzing the friction loss generated at the pipeline elbow,and ultimately providing specific theoretical parameters for the configuration of the mud circulation system pipeline.(4)Deeply analyze the working principle and hydraulic component composition of vane centrifugal pumps,and apply ANSYS to simulate the performance of static pressure,velocity vector,and turbulence inside the pump.Explore the distribution rules of maximum/minimum static pressure inside the pump by setting different inlet speeds.(5)Simulate the fluid inside the mud circulation system using ANSYS,analyze the fluid flow characteristics inside the inlet and outlet pipelines,and ultimately verify the calculation content of the mud circulation system characteristic parameters in this article.Provide guidance for the parameter selection calculation of actual working conditions,with the aim of effectively alleviating adverse effects such as pipe wall wear and extending the service life of the mud pipeline. |
