With the intensification of the global energy and environmental crisis,the sustainability of the energy system has become a research hotspot.The integrated energy system can integrate and utilize multiple energy sources in the region,realize the coordinated planning of multiple heterogeneous energy sources,complement the cascade utilization of energy,and promote the sustainable development of regional energy.This paper takes the comprehensive energy system of the industrial park as the research object,proposes the research strategy of comprehensive energy optimization for the research object,which effectively improves the economy and environmental protection of the system.The paper takes the integrated energy system of the electric heating and air cooling industrial park as the research object,and through the comprehensive comparison of the multiple attributes of the integrated energy system,studies the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional combined cooling,heating and power(CCHP)system and the new CCHP system that introduces renewable energy in the comprehensive benefits of the system.The multi energy complementary integrated energy system contains multiple input variables,decision variables and multiple difficult constraints.It is a typical high latitude,nonlinear mathematical programming problem.The Grey Wolf algorithm is used as a problem solving tool.The Grey Wolf algorithm has the defects of poor population diversity and may fall into local optimization.The nonlinear parameter control strategy and chaotic mapping are used to optimize the grey wolf algorithm.Combined with Pareto optimization theory,the improved quick sorting method and grid method are used to improve the convergence speed and population distribution of Grey Wolf algorithm in multi-objective optimization.The reliability of the algorithm and the rationality of the strategy are proved by the experimental simulation of ZDT system test function.Using the improved grey wolf algorithm as the solution tool,and taking the day ahead scheduling as the scheduling mode,and the goal of the optimal economic operation behavior of the industrial park,the comprehensive energy efficiency of the independent operation and coupled operation of the integrated energy system of the park with wind,light and renewable energy is calculated.The results show that the energy interaction of the coupled system is highly efficient,and the operation cost of the industrial park is more economical.Finally,the improved multi-objective gray wolf algorithm is used as the model solving tool to simulate and calculate the coupling operation mode of energy efficient utilization in the integrated energy system of the electric heating and air cooling industrial park with the introduction of wind,light and solid waste renewable energy.The calculation results verify the scientific and reasonable multi-objective scheduling of the integrated energy system of the industrial park with the introduction of wind,light and solid waste renewable energy system.
