With the popularity of mass production methods,customer demand for products has changed,such as a wide variety of products,large supply volumes,and increased requirements for on time delivery.With the call and promotion of green manufacturing by the country,people are more inclined towards green products.Considering the existing problems,this paper solves the above problems by studying the production scheduling field,and proposes the model and algorithm of virtual manufacturing cell division and scheduling under mass customization.The contents are as follows:1)Aiming at the manufacturing cell scheduling problem,a mixed Integer programming model is established to minimize the penalty for due date and the total energy consumption of the workshop,and an improved NSGA-II algorithm with three hybrid neighborhood structures is proposed to solve the problem.The experimental test results show that the improved algorithm has superior performance.2)A mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the number of cross manufacturing cells was constructed to address the problem of manufacturing cell partitioning.A genetic algorithm with a probability acceptance of inferior solutions for truncation strategy was proposed.We conducted experiments using random cases and compared heuristic algorithms,GA,IGA,and other algorithms.The experimental results showed that IGA can effectively solve the problem of manufacturing cell partitioning compared to the above two algorithms.3)A mixed integer mathematical programming model was constructed to solve the problem of virtual manufacturing cell partitioning and scheduling,with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time.An improved cuckoo algorithm was proposed to solve the problem.Comparing the improved cuckoo algorithm with classic cuckoo algorithm,whale swarm algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm,and genetic algorithm,the results show that the improved cuckoo algorithm has good comprehensive performance.Based on this,an improved cuckoo algorithm was used to conduct experiments on new product type import cases,and the results showed that the virtual manufacturing cell division and scheduling model combined with virtual manufacturing cells,manufacturing cell division,and manufacturing cell scheduling had superior overall performance.Finally,a summary of all research content was made,and future directions for improvement were proposed.
