With the industrialization degree of our country continuously increasing,the manufacturing level has also been continuously improving,and the appearance of large motor,which further improves our production efficiency.Motor stator insulation fault accounts for a high proportion of motor faults,and partial discharge is an important embodiment of insulation fault.Therefore,monitoring technology for partial discharge of motor has been rapidly developed in recent years.Among many insulation fault detection methods,UHF,discharge detection and other electrical detection methods for local discharge can identify the occurrence of local discharge,but the location of local discharge source cannot be located,which is inconvenient for subsequent maintenance work.Therefore,most scholars have proposed to use sound signals to locate the local discharge source.However,in the actual environment,the working conditions are usually harsh,and the collected ultrasonic signals often contain a large amount of noise,which needs to be denoised for positioning analysis.Due to the characteristics of sound waves,the time delay in the propagation process will also affect the positioning.Under the above research background,the main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Refer to the literature at home and abroad,understand the motor insulation structure,and the occurrence of partial discharge and the cause of the sound wave in the process of learning and analysis,preliminary understanding of the positioning process of partial discharge through the "acoustic" positioning method.(2)The working environment of the motor is often accompanied by a large number of disturbances,including narrow-band noise,white noise,etc.According to the characteristics of narrow-band noise,a number of digital notch filters are designed to filter out several narrow-band noise models respectively.For white noise,the improved CEEMDAN algorithm is used to de-noise it,and the de-noising effect of the model is verified by simulation.(3)The study of ultrasonic positioning algorithm is carried out.In view of the slow iteration and weak global searching ability of traditional algorithm,an improved positioning algorithm based on artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed,and its effectiveness and superiority are verified by simulation.
