Research On Intelligent Diagnosis Of Remanufactured Engine Based On Cold Test

Engine remanufacturing implements the advanced use of waste engine,is an effective way to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,and remanufacturing engine cold test is an important part of engine remanufacturing process,the test of remanufacturing engine parts at the same time,also to the effective detection of engine assembly,the remanufacturing engine quality test provides a powerful technical support.This paper mainly studies the key technology of remanufactured engine cold test frame,improves the accuracy of cold test,reduces the cost of bench,and develops the intelligent diagnosis system suitable for cold test of multiple variety and small batch remanufactured engines.By analyzing the cold test technology of remanufacturing engine and the intelligent diagnosis technology of engine at home and abroad,the research scheme of cold test technology of remanufacturing engine is determined,and the cold test and intelligent diagnosis scheme of remanufacturing engine are designed with the test object of a certain type of remanufacturing engine.PC-DAQ system based on smacq multi-function acquisition card,intelligent control and signal acquisition system.The data of the re-manufactured engine oil pressure,engine cylinder pressure and oil temperature in the cold test is collected,the hardware and software of the transmission processing module are designed,the motor is controlled by sp Wm pulse width modulation technology,and the accuracy of motor control is improved by using PID control algorithm.The PC was used as the upper computer to control the cold test stand through the multi-function acquisition card,the remanufacturing engine cold test database was established through My SQL,Lab SQL was used to operate and manage the database,and the visual interface design and software writing of the diagnostic system with Labview.Using fault image technology,the actual test fault form and fault source collection in the database,using 3σcriteria to calculate and analyze the test data,extract the "signal characteristics" of the test data of different remanufacturing engine fault detection and record in the database,through the combination of expert system and fuzzy mathematics,using fuzzy diagnosis matrix diagnosis results,engine fault intelligent diagnosis.This paper tests the remanufacturing engine cold test frame and intelligent diagnosis system.The test results show that the system can realize the test and intelligent fault diagnosis of different models,which has good applicability and flexibility,the fault diagnosis accuracy is above95%,greatly reduces the uncertainty of the diagnosis of engine test human and the technical level of operators,and improve the efficiency of remanufacturing engine factory test.
