With the coming of the 21 st century,the increasing wealth and living standards in our country,people’s requirements for the performance of NVH driving experience are also increasingly high.Combustion noise from internal combustion engine is a very important factor affecting NVH performance.On the basis of GB/T41161-2022 "Measurement Method of Combustion Noise of Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine".The main research work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)This thesis introduces the causes of combustion noise in internal combustion engine,combines the structure of engine cylinder,introduces the concept of cylinder force,and connects the simple in-cylinder combustion process with specific engines of different structures,so that the combustion noise parameters calculated by this method are more scientific and reasonable.(2)Aiming at the huge amount of data obtained after the combustion noise test and the complicated calculation process,this paper combined with Matlab to compile the m file for the mathematical model introduced above to improve the calculation efficiency,and the measurement optimization system is designed.(3)The bench test of a certain type of internal combustion engine has been successfully built.By changing the calibration value of a certain type of engine,the cylinder pressure at idle speed is calculated and studied based on the theory of cylinder force.(4)Combined with the vehicle interior noise,the influence of engine parameters on the interior noise was analyzed and the optimization method was found.The results show that the program written and the optimized system designed can greatly improve the calculation efficiency of combustion noise parameters,and the improvement of diesel engine idle combustion noise can be realized by changing some parameters of the diesel engine.Combined with the vehicle noise test,it can be found that the EGR valve opening has a significant impact on the idle vehicle noise,and the corresponding optimization method is obtained.
