| With the fast-paced expansion of the global economy,the matters of resource shortages have become increasingly severe.Green development has begun to take into account by governments of various countries and the waste of resources in the production process have been lessened.With the increasing demand for personalized products from customers,enterprises cannot meet customers’ needs by only providing a single product.Therefore,many companies have begun to customize products according to customer needs.This trend is called product servitization.One of the ways to servitize products is to use product service systems.Product service systems can effectively save resources and meet customer needs.Due to the different needs of customers,a customized product service system needs to be used as the main delivery method,and the most effective way to customize a product service system is configuration.Today’s electrical equipment has a complex structure and many components.If an enterprise only provides products without corresponding guarantee services,it is difficult to maintain its own competitiveness.So,some enterprises have begun to transform from simply providing electrical equipment to providing electrical equipment product service systems.Power transformers give play to vital function in the power grid,and the safe and stable operation of the power grid is closely bound up with power transformers.The previous state management of power transformers mainly includes regular maintenance and expert experience,but these two methods are inefficient and have large errors.So,more and more enterprises have begun to provide power transformer product service systems,which can satisfy the individual requirements of customers and lessen the waste of resources.After the power transformer product service system is put into use,due to the aging of the module,the requirements of the transformer safety operation standard,etc.,the original power transformer product service system cannot adapt to the new needs and management environment,and the previous configuration scheme needs updating.In order to secure the optimum configuration update scheme,it is essential to acquire the gas status datums of the transformer,determine the failure rate of the transformer,and consider the constraints between modules,the constraints within the module and the fault rate constraint in the configuration update model of the power transformer product service system to solve the configuration update scheme that meets the safe and stable function of the transformer and the lower cost.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Collect the relevant requirements of power transformers,use the threestep product service system module division method to divide the power transformer product service system into modules,and determine the components in the modules.(2)Analyze the fault types of power transformers and the characteristic gas corresponding to each fault type,use the power transformer gas data,and use the improved grey relational analysis method to diagnose the fault of the power transformer.Compared with the traditional diagnosis means,the accuracy rate has been boosted.(3)On the strength of the peculiarities of power transformers and the constraints between the modules of the product service system,establish the objective functions of the product module components and service module components as the decision variables,the configuration update cost of the power transformer product service system,the utility value of the module components,and the transformer failure rate.(4)Analyze the two-layer genetic algorithm to solve the defects in the configuration update model of the power transformer product service system in this paper.On this basis,the algorithm is ameliorated,and the effectiveness of the modified algorithm and the practicality of considering the failure rate are proved through the analysis of power transformers. |
