| With the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, trade relations between China and Europe have become increasingly close, and container transport has become the most common mode of transport between the two places. With the in-depth development of ChinaEu cooperation, multimodal transport is gradually receiving attention. In order to realize efficient and convenient transport between China and Europe,China is actively promoting the construction of transport corridors between China and Europe and strengthening connectivity with neighboring countries.Nowadays,China has formed a comprehensive transport channel to Europe, and route optimization has gradually become a concern of multimodal transport researchers. At the same time, environmental problems have attracted more and more attention, and scholars have begun to devote themselves to the study of "green logistics".Transportation industry,as one of the main producers of external costs, has caused a non-negligible hidden economic loss to the environment and society.Besides the carbon emission cost generated by transportation, other external costs should also be considered. Therefore, this paper fully quantifies the external costs generated by the transportation industry, and explores the selection of container multimodal transport solutions between China and Europe.First of all,on the basis of introducing the definition, characteristics and advantages of international multimodal transport, this chapter expounds the development status of SinoEuropean transport channels, considers the factors affecting the selection of Sino-European container multimodal transport scheme from the perspective of different multimodal transport participants, and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent construction of Sino-European container multimodal transport route optimization model.Secondly, according to the transport situation of the Sino-European corridor, the external cost of each mode of transport is calculated by different quantitative methods from the three aspects of greenhouse effect, air pollution and noise pollution. In view of the situation of multidestination, considering the schedule limitation of China-Europe and international liner services,a multi-objective path optimization model is established with the aim of minimizing transportation cost, transportation time and external cost simultaneously, and NSGA-Ⅱ is designed to obtain Pareto solution set. Then, taking transportation cost, transportation time, external cost and transportation safety as evaluation indexes, the analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain weight values from different participants’ perspectives in international multimodal transportation, and the optimal transportation scheme is selected in Pareto solution set. Finally, taking Nantong’s exports to Vienna,Hamburg,Duisburg,Berlin and Frankfurt as examples, the optimal transport scheme is obtained, and the influence of the change of the starting point transport time on the selection of the optimal transport scheme is analyzed.Through this study, the optimal transport scheme can be formulated for different multimodal transport participants. |
